   Incredible food. Will be missed. I wish they’d post their recipes so their food would live on beyond the physical location (specifically the recipe for the Rodeo Burger with that incredible sauce). Heck, I’d sign an NDA just to be able to make that at home.

   Well, what can we say? We’ll be back for our final Teller’s Meal Saturday, August 31st, 2019 at 8:30 P.M. I’m sure we’ll cry and sob like babies. Our tastes are so finicky and Teller’s Menu has always worked. This will sting! They’ve been such a part of the Hyde Park Community. We will miss you. So sad to see you go... Thank you for all of the many, many years of proving independent restaurants really do make the world go round...

   Great location, great food, and great customer service. However I think the restaurant could be cleaner. We sat upstairs and there was a lot of dust around the lights to where it was piled on, also there were a few flies that could have just gotten in but there were a few, and the tables could have been better wiped off. We will continue to go here as the food is delicious but I would like to see a cleaner facility.

   Enjoyed brunch at Tellers in Sunday! I had the banana fosters French toast and it was heavenly!!! Can’t wait to go back to try the Boston Creme pancakes

   I am typically a fan of Teller's but had a disappointing experience this weekend. Was glad to enjoy the rooftop for dinner and spend a nice night outside - always love the atmosphere up there (though, I do wish they played music). This night was a little different though... upon walking in, we heard a server tell the hostess that "the food wasn't good" and assumed he was filling her in on a table that just left. Then, after sitting and enjoying a drink, we saw the table across from us send their meal back because it was luke warm. We hoped we wouldn't have the same experience. Our app came out (which was delicious) and very shortly after diving in, our salads were brought out - it was clearly too early to bring them out so they sat awkwardly for a while as we finished our app. Then, the flatbread came (also too soon so had to sit while we had our salad and wasn't very warm by the time we ate it). Then, we dove in. It was very plain and needed flavor so I asked for a side of pesto or balsamic glaze - anything! The server recommended a chimichurri or fire roasted red pepper salsa. Sounded odd but I thought the salsa must be more of an Italian sauce since she recommended it... it was definitely a salsa meant for tacos or tortilla chips. Not a fit for a flatbread with smoked mozzarella, tomatoes, and roasted garlic at all. While all of this was going on, we realized that the pizza was supposed to come with basil on it and there was none... hence, the reason it tasted like it was missing something. A pretty simple caprese flatbread gone wrong. Seems nit-picky, I realize. But for spending what we did and seeing/hearing two other complaints, it all just piled on to make this a disappointing experience. The servers taking breaks to drink wine and socialize with a loud table in the corner of the rooftop, clearly filled with friends, didn't help. Management was really lacking this night and we'll hesitate to go back for more than drinks/apps again.

   Our waitress was pleasant, but overall, service was slow. The food was cold and didn't have much flavor. The old bank building is fun but clearly needs some repairs. Overall, only a 'meh' experience.

    This was my first time here. The egg roll appetizer was very delicious. I was however disappointed with my goat cheese appetizer. My entree was the good. Overall not bad but not great.
