Therefore, if any of your drinks or dishes is not of your taste, you can ask your server to provide you with a new one. It's important for you to know that the 20% service charge is used to equally distribute the tip to all the staff involved in the serving process. However, this can be removed by your server.

We totally understand your frustration and therefore we have contacted our management team at the location to reevaluate the loudness of our sound system. Please know we take pride on providing an outstanding costumer service to our guests.
