Finish with delicious Churros con Nutella for dessert. Available for lunch only on weekdays, at $45 per person. The kids' menu is available for children up to 12 years old and is optional, ensuring a flexible dining experience for families. For $35 per child, the kids' menu includes a variety of kid-friendly dishes: ham croquetas, patatas bravas, mac & cheese, empanadas, and churros. If you choose to reserve and enjoy "El Born", an events manager will reach out to confirm your event details. Please let us know in the reservation comments how many guests in your party will be kids. Drinks, service charge and taxes not included. The experience was “alright”. Nothing truly outstanding however and I’ve had better paella. This was our third or fourth visit and it seems like the quality of the food has slipped just a little. Maybe it was just an off night. I’d go back even after this latest experience.

After arriving at our lunch reservation, we decided to move to the indoor dining room as it had a better atmosphere and there were no other customers when we went; however, the music was a bit loud. It is best to go on a less crowded day and time so that we can take our time ordering and enjoy the food without being rushed. It was my first time here with my party to celebrate a birthday. We were four girls who wanted to take selfies and the host took the initiative to take photos for us. Some dishes were a bit too salty to our taste, just like what I had in Barcelona. I was hoping there may be adjustment here, but I guess that is the way they are supposed to be. Overall, the service was great. We will come back to try other dishes when celebrating a special occasion next time.

My husband and I are frequent customers of Teleferic and have always had wonderful experiences at their various locations. Recently, we reconnected with some old friends and decided to suggest the Los Gatos location, as they’re big fans of paella. We were excited for a fun evening of great food, wine, and laughter, but unfortunately, the evening took an unexpected turn. It all started when we asked the manager for a wine recommendation. We trusted his suggestion, only to have two other servers come over and tell us the wine was unavailable. No big deal, we asked for another recommendation, and after some back and forth, we finally settled on a bottle. We thought everything was back on track. Then, we had three different servers come to take our order, despite already having placed it with the manager. Once the small plates arrived, the food was fine—nothing extraordinary. However, things continued to go wrong when we started receiving items we hadn’t ordered. Even after telling the servers the dishes weren’t ours, we were told, “No problem, you can eat them anyway.” The real disappointment came when our Mixta Paella arrived. We were told it would be enough for four people, but when it came out, it looked nearly half empty. The dish was supposed to have shrimp, pork, chicken, and octopus—yet we got just three shrimp, two tiny pieces of octopus, no pork, and no chicken. The rice portion was also minimal. We were left with no choice but to let our guests have the first serving, as we felt too embarrassed to say anything. My husband and I each had a teaspoon of rice and shared one shrimp between us. I’m not one to stay quiet about poor experiences, but I chose to let it go for the sake of our celebration. The contrast between this experience and our last visit—where we had an abundance of food and leftovers to take home—was striking. I sent an email to corporate to share my disappointment, but instead of offering an apology or resolution, they sent me a $5 coupon

Delicious paella verduras as the main, with appetizers of brussels sprouts and pan con tomates. Big hurrah for the brussels sprouts and the paella. Wonderful desserts, especially like the french toast. Sat on the patio where we had perfect weather.

We hasd reservations for outside and we’re sat at a table “outside” the outside area next to bus station. We agreed to move inside. Tables are so close to each other and the noise level is loud. Our server didn’t show up for 15 min. Then took our order and we didn’t see her again until we flagged her for our check. Food came out really slow, but was good. They added a 25% service fee to our check (4 people) which is irritating as the service was not good.

We celebrated our anniversary last night. Everything was great. The seafood paella was to die for. The wine on the specials list was excellent, as was the sangria. We weren't planning to order dessert but they brought a baked cookie a la mode since they knew of the occasion. I was already stuffed but couldn't resist. The bill for both of us was less than I expected and very reasonable for the quality. The atmosphere outside was perfect. I highly recommend Telefaric.

We saw several staff members throughout our dining experience who were all so kind, but Colin our main server was exceptional! We learned he has many years experience with TB so his recommendations were on point! We also appreciated his fun energy and patience with us! Wine and cocktails and a some are favs did not disappoint (pan tomate, croquettas, empanadas, meatballs, patatas bravas) but really loved some new-to-us dishes, especially the cali-flower and brussels. Already have some other menu items we're looking forward to trying next time. Cheers!
