Teddy's Bar & Grill has been open since 1887, making it the oldest continually operated bar in all of Brooklyn. Originally a locally owned bar, it became a Victorian-inspired tasting room until it eventually turned into the Teddy's that the community knows and loves. Movie buffs might recognize the interior of Teddy's, as it has been used in films such as King of New York, Boardwalk Empire, The Good Wife, Blue Bloods and most recently, The Intern. Teddy's is open for lunch and dinner, as well as brunch on weekends. The dinner menu features a variety of classic American bar food. Diners will be able to enjoy starters like tequila onion rings, nachos, deviled eggs and wings, as well as entrŽes like the roast chicken breast, pub steak and mussels provencal with a spicy tomato sauce, garlic, shallots, tomato, white wine and basil.
