    We really enjoyed our dinner at Teak. Our waiter Christen was fantastic. We enjoyed our appetizers, especially the clam chowder, and dinner was served nicely prepared and plated. We will absolutely be going back again.

    We've dined at Teak in the past and were looking forward to our favorite dish, The Barnyard Chicken. I even checked the website the night before to see if it was still on the menu. It was, however when seated the menu changed 3 months ago and the website has not been updated. Food is good, ambiance is better and the new automatic 20% gratuity leaves something to be desired. All in all will be a long time before we attempt to dine here again.

    We enjoyed our meal with great gusto. Our server Angelique was so good we doubled the tip that was automatically added to our bill. The food was delivered just as we desired and after our server offered the dessert menu, we ordered one to share. The restaurant was full by 6:30 but the noise level was such that we had no problem with hearing each other. The view of St. Pete is always delightful.

    Menu has changed since May. The Yard bird is gone and so is the steak fillet mignon. Once we were seated they advertised the new truffle bread special and how amazing it was which sounded delicious we ordered it but it was not available right away so we said that it could come out with our meal instead of appetizer it was only available after we finished dinner which was disappointing. Really was looking forward to trying that. Overall the food was good small portions but reasonably priced. Great location and atmosphere. Went to celebrate birthday and received a little birthday note/card.

    The view was amazing, the food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. We went for my husband's birthday and really enjoyed our meal. We ordered the brussel sprouts and coconut shrimp as appetizers and both had blackened grouper sandwiches. They even ended with a sundae with candle for his birthday!!!

    Thoroughly enjoyed our late lunch/early dinner at Teak--great drinks, appetizers, and entrees, attentive and friendly service, and in a stylish interior with beautiful views. Recommended the fish dip, which is not the ordinary smoked kind, and the fish and chips. Our out-of-town guests, who are know a lot about wine, were impressed with the selections by the glass. Two things to note: a 20% tip is automatically added to your bill, which is commendable as they strive to pay their staff a fair wage, and it's a long walk out to the location with no shade--wait for the tram that runs back and forth if that is a problem as it was for a lady in heels struggling to get there as we were leaving.

    The service was good but the food was moderate at best. We had the clam chowder it was good but was a different flavor than I’ve had previously. I ordered the paella which havd no flavor except for the shrimp

    we didnt get silverware before our food arrived and the waiter didnt come to check on us so we had to take the silver from the next table. the payaya was just rice with seafood. there was no sofrito which was pictured on the website. the popcorn shrimp sauce was watery and bland it added nothing to the taste. the popcorn was good. 2 of us ordered the shortribs, it tasted like a potroast, not what i am used to for this dish.

    We came to celebrate my partner’s Birthday, and everything was Perfect. We also complimented the kitchen, because the food was Amazing. You can never beat that beautiful view.

    Beautiful location, safe, clean , modern, with a cool architecture in a 3-story building right on the water. The prices were reasonable, and the management of service tips was wonderful and unique. 20% is applied to cover health care and retirement for all the staff - no extra tip required. The service folks were happy and motivated and it was a fair deal all around. The food was very good, service was prompt and courteous.

    My Steak Frites n fries was barely warm but I don't send food back my guest said they enjoyed their food. For the price it should have been hot. I said I wouldn't recommend but mabe I will after I think about it for a while.

    The view at Teak is the best ever!! At sunset it is mesmerizing!! The restaurant has a vibrant, contemporary vibe. The food is good but not over the top spectacular. I would recommend this place for the view and atmosphere! Fun place to come with friends and family!

    We enjoyed lunches of Shrimp Po ‘Boy and Cuban Sandwich at Teak. Sitting inside on a warm Florida provided great views in cool Air Conditioning. Our waitress was friendly and welcoming. This is an upscale restaurant with awesome views.

    We went for our anniversary. We made reservations ahead of time and got right in. They sat us right by the window so we were able to watch the sunset. We had the Mac and cheese and it was outstanding! We both got sandwiches. Mine was the chicken and he got the burger. Both were excellent. Dessert was a brownie with banana and ice cream. This is a must go restaurant when you visit the pier. We will be going back. Food, service and overall experience 5 stars.

    The restaurant and the view are outstanding, but the food was mediocre. The mahi in my fish tacos was dry and tough to the point that I didn't even eat them. I'm also not a fan of the mandatory 20% tip for the staff. They'd probably do better with discretionary tipping.

    Tremendous brunch today at Teak. Our server couldn’t have been more versed in the menu and kind. She noticed a gluten allergy on the menu and walked through options. The brunch taco special was killer. They should sell that remoulade by the bottle. Pancakes and burger looked and tasted great, too.

    Good experience as usual, but we would have preferred a table on the water or in a different section. Our reservation was well in advance. And they added a 20% service charge to the check. This is odd as people need to get out to the pier, pay for parking and climb 25 stairs to ur location.

    Some of the dishes we had were very good - grouper and tenderloin, but others were disappointing. Tuna tartar was mushy, didn't taste fresh, and the plantains didn't complement the fish. Bread pudding was dry. Duck spring rolls weren't seasoned well. Love the view though and that's why we came. Not happy about the new 20% added. Isn't the standard tip 15%?

    Went 2 days after hurricane Idalia, there was only 6 ppl there….service was outstanding, food great and the view is outstanding! If they can duplicate that when things get back to normal, then this is a must when in St. Pete.
