It was a good tea experience with a nice ambience overlooking the Las Vegas strip. Service was good, teas were also good. Sandwiches tasted good. However, the bread was a little dry. Scones were nice and warm.
We appreciated the gluten free options - esp. the tapioca w/ mango puree and the gluten-free scones. We also appreciated your giving my b-day guest and I comp flutes of champagne when your gluten free cake ran out. The setting was divine and our waitress was charming and took a memorable photo of us we will treasure! Thank you for a fine dining experience.
Great and friendly service. Would recommend to friends and the view is wonderful. Had a really nice experience.
Food was and tea was amazing. Very small and intimate setting. Staff was friendly and explained the menu in detail. Will go again.
Not my best tea experience but not my worst - waited for quite a while even with reservations but hard to "boot" people out before they are ready to leave. They seem a bit under staffed but once we got the champagne and tea it was lovely. The view is worth the visit - beautiful.
Too many kids running around making too much noise and ruining the mood.
plenty of great bars in Las Vegas, not so many tea lounges. Beautiful, relaxing environment, were you can actually have a conversation with your party. Great views of the strip. Excellent tea sandwiches, able to accomodate vegetarian and gluten free diets. Huge selection of delicious teas, favorites are the rooibos and the osmantus.
Only changes I would make , maybe allow more variety in the sandwiches, the gluten free was also the vegetarian. Scones and little cookies were delicious.
The ambiance is what makes this tea special. The 23rd floor of the Waldorf Astoria, it provides an awesome view of the strip and Vegas as far as the eye can see. The China was high quality. And the seating is beautifully placed. As a connoisseur of high tea experiences, the location is what makes this tea party special.
But as for the food, I’ve had better. The sandwiches were dry—just a suggestion: after prepping the sandwiches place paper towel (misted with water) between the layers of sandwiches. Unless you prepared them as I ordered, then make sure the breads are not dry. The scones would be better if they the outside had a crisp to it. The most memorable of the sandwiches was the blini with smoked salmon and caviar. The desserts were cute, but I prefer to order more scones instead. Considering you spend about $80 on the whole experience, not including any libations, I would have expected better quality food.
I also felt extremely heated while seated. The AC could be turned down to assure the experience is comfortable.
Overall, most others would be impressed so take your favorite people there and make sure they understand that you’re paying for the experience and not so much the quality or amount of food.
This experience was what I needed. I was relaxed and Happy. Thank you.
We celebrated my daughter’s 10th birthday. The tea was perfect and she truly enjoyed it.
What a view!!! And the tea and small bites were wonderful. Highly recommend!!
One of my favorite places to visit when I’m in Las Vegas!
Excellent service, ambiance and gluten free options served were delish!
Great time enjoying afternoon tea in a bright, quiet space.
Food seems a bit heavy compared to high tea.
Excellent tea, beautiful views, server made a mistake when serving coffee and added water. Otherwise fully recommend
What an amazing experience at Tea Lounge with my friend, Sheila’s Bridal Party of 6. Our service and experience was above and beyond expected. Anisa, our server and everyone else were amazing at hosting, we’re patient as this was all our first time at Tea Lounge, and accommodated in all of what we needed. They made helpful recommendations to choosing different teas for us to all try out and the food offered with the “Afternoon Tea” menu was delightful. Our view of the LV strip was amazing too. We are all grateful for the great time and I personally will be coming back when in the area. Thank you Tea Lounge and staff!
A great day for me and my friends! Everything was wonderful!
Shameful on the part of management - they’ve packed the tables together and had only two servers who were in a constant state of apology to each table. The hostess was running double duty as a busser which lead to long waits to check in for a reservation. There was another employee that turned up in street clothes and was helping out - surely a far step away from both a calming midday tea experience and any sort of claim to a luxury environment.
The quality of the food has diminished slightly but high tea anywhere is far less about the food and much more about the ambiance and aesthetic of the whole thing.
The pricing doesn’t reflect the experience nor atmosphere anymore. You can feel corners being cut and it’s such a sadness for what was one of the more special places in Las Vegas for many years.
A note to be very clear - The employees were working exceptionally hard and literally running to handle the numerous guests. That space should have no more than 8 tables. It’s too small to “pack in” the way it was today and not acceptable for an endeavor of leisure like a high tea. This afternoon’s experience was an indictment of poor leadership and a pedestrian sensibility in a luxury setting.
This is my fourth visit and it is one of my favorite things to do in Las Vegas. Though the vibe was initially "special occasion" my first time, I quickly learned that I didn't need a special reason to enjoy afternoon tea. This is a great Sunday afternoon treat anytime!
Wonderful, great service. Sandwiches were too cute. Had bottomless bubbles and it was Devine.
Girls day out. We try to have a tea excursion together when we travel. Great food, great service and a fabulous view!
Exquisite experience. Delicious food. Would highly recommend this venue. We plan to make this a regular engagement.
Betty was very attentive and made sure we were enjoying our Tea Time.
Good atmosphere, great service but the food for Afternoon tea not really special
My family often frequents the Tea Lounge and it never disappoints. Best service! Also, the chef always takes special care for those of us with food allergies. The room has an eloquent yet intimate feel and you may be seated in front of large glass windows that overlook the Las Vegas Strip. It is quite the adventure!!
First time having high tea and it was amazing. Must go again
My Mom was visiting from out of town and I took her here. I have been here a few times before, and as always it was an amazing experience! Superb staff ! Quality food and tea
Fabulous as always!!
Perhaps one of the best high tea services outside the UK - overall, I enjoyed the Waldorf Astoria Tea Lounge. Our server, Jingle, was lovely, professional, and very accomodating to the vegan in our group. The actual tea lounge is quite small and not as intimate as I was hoping, and I felt a little rushed due to a strict 90 minute time limit (even if we were willing to order more to enjoy a longer session, including champagne). The presentation was great, and I loved the Wedgwood bone china set.
Always the highlight of our trips to Las Vegas, the tea at the Waldorf Astoria this time around was a particular bright spot. Our hostess/server Jingle was extremely courteous and knowledgable. The food and tea was excellent. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing afternoon repass.
They were very accommodating to our group of 12 on Memorial Day weekend. What a fantastic retreat with elegant service and environment. Highly recommend
Perfect for a girls weekend in Vegas! Loved the ambiance and attentive service. Very reasonably priced and everything was delightful. Will definitely return next time I’m in Vegas.
The restroom needs upkeep and premises requires cleaning. Not the same level as before.
They were out of 3 popular teas, two of which our party wanted. Our scones were underbaked. The insides were still gooey. Other than that, wonderful.
Gorgeous views and a delicious spread! Will definitely - the best way to start the day
Hello, I did not reserve this. I would like a refund of the charge. I set a reservation for 4/11 and it did not go through. I guess this is the day that was booked. I did not go here
Great food, great service and great view. I definitely want to go back soon. I would highly recommend to everyone.
Too expensive for everything. You can get better at the Bellagio high tea! Don’t recommend this one.
