VIOLÍ was initially inspired by DineAmic Hospitality Partners, David Rekhson and Lucas Stoioff's, travels throughout Greece, where they acquired a newfound appreciation for the natural Greek lifestyle. Following their trip, the hospitality group opened LÝRA in West Loop's Fulton Market neighborhood and now brings the Greek Cuisine and world renowned superstar Chef Partner Athinagoras Kostakos to the Western Suburbs.

Dinner at Violi was wonderful. We were seated in the terrace for an early dinner. The happy hour menu was great. The oysters were fresh and tasty. Our entrees were amazing - sharing the halibut and the lamb gyros. Darwin, our server, was attentive and accommodating. Can’t wait to return to explore the menu some more.

Party of 4 and everyone loved the meal. Charred octopus d Saganaki apps were delicious. Branzino and Halibut were a huge hit. Will definitely be back.

Had an absolutely incredible experience at lunch today. The whole staff from the second we walked in was incredibly warm and welcoming. Our server was engaging and attentive. All the support staff was prompt and courteous. Our daughter is a vegetarian and they had tons of options for her, which isn't always the case for a lot of places we go, and she was so happy with everything she had. Can't wait to go back!

Really nice!! So aesthetic, they did something with sparkles and music at 10 pm, I wish they would’ve told us that because we left just 10 seconds afterward :(

Even though we had only been at the table for an hour and a half, the manager asked us to move to another table to have a larger party come in and re-arrange tables. I will think twice about going back on a weekend or recommending to others.

The food was amazing. All of my guests had the same reactions to their meal! The service transcended a restaurant experience as the waiters interaction with everyone made me think that we were eating at a friend’s house. Our evening was so much fun that it’s got me thinking that I should look for Greek food as an option more often. Oh, and I may I add that I ate branzino💜

The vibes were good but the food was super greasy. I’m not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to come but even the pasta tasted greasy. It was like everything was dipped in oil.
