We had high expectations going into this meal however we had some bumps that hindered our experience. We ordered to start the steak tartare which was with a table side preparation. The tartare was delivered with a clear dome cover with smoke inside. The dome was removed and that was table side preparation. Really? The tartare was flavorless and was in need of some seasoning and thus we did not eat. Our server was very nice and she handled her responsibilities professionally. The entrees were better, I enjoyed the Taverna Fruiti di Mare the seafood was fresh but again just needed a bit more seasoning. My wife loved the Waygu short rib Bolognese completely. The dirty martini’s with the blue cheese olives were excellent. Salt and pepper on the table may be necessary and a bread service to sop up the good sauces is suggested.

Had a reunion with old friends. The food uses top quality ingredients and expertly crafted. Everything was delish. All the service there is 5star along with the facilities. Its a Gem in Bradenton.

This was the first time we went for lunch. All the other visits were for dinner and those were great. At lunch we did have some issues. The food was excellent as always. However the service was lacking. While the staff were very nice, we had several issues. First when we arrived, there was no one at the reception desk. We had a reservation for lunch and there was a large party waiting to be seated, but the hostess was not there. After a few minutes she finally came to seat the large party but did not even acknowledge us. Once the large party was seated, she did come back after a few minutes and we were seated. It took almost 10-15 minutes for us to finally be seated. Once seated, we ordered 2 appetizers and 2 pasta entrees. It took a bit longer than usual to get our food but that may have been because they were serving the large group. The entrees came out first but the appetizers never came. We did not want the pasta to get cold plus I ordered soup and I did not want that after the pasta, so we cancelled the appetizers. The waitress apologized and was not sure why that happened. The manager gave us an order of Parker Rolls on the house to make up for the mistake. We are grateful that they did something to make up for the screwup but I would have liked to try the soup if it had come out on time. I assume this was a fluke, as we have had dinner several times before and never had any issues whatsoever. As I said, the food was excellent so we will definitely give lunch a try again.

Fabio is “Top chef “ And “Fan Favorite “. Beautiful restaurant his 15th in Bradenton Florida. City is old and location poor. He needs to move to Venice. More upscale and his Style. Hope he enjoyed the gifts 😘

We have been to this restaurant twice and both times the food was magnificent. Servers were very conscientious and gave us just enough space. The decor is lovely and the noise level is surprisingly quiet. It’s a wonderful spot. I would recommend it to anyone. We love the food, which is prepared very well. Beef tip risotto was 10 out of 10 as the octopus appetizer.

First time coming to this restaurant. The food was very good, I had the Octopus to start and the Osso Buco both were delicious, compliments to the chef. Service was exceptional. It was pretty loud due to a large party next to us, but otherwise experience wa great. Definitely will be coming back.

Beautiful restaurant in the heart of Bradenton. Great spot for a business lunch. Lovely atmosphere and decor. Food was very good. Only complaint, our server disappeared for a long period after taking our drink order. It made for a very long meeting. Will return to experience the huge patio and cocktail lounge!
