Easter Brunch menu was great, food was incredible. Service was excellent!
Dined with another couple. Excellent flavors and wine.
The staff was AMAZING, they made the experience so fun.
Very good food and beverages. The service was excellent and the outdoor patio was great on a nice day!
Excellent service, food and wine were great! Sat outdoors with heat lamps.
Service was not that great. But then again, I think wait staff at any restaurant has been pretty slow and dumb since places have re-opened. Its like people don't know how to work anymore.
Always great service and great menu.
This was a terrible experience. My husband and I decided to get a sitter for our toddler and have a fancy date night together. We were seated and the waiter told us he’d be back with waters, 30min later we had no water, food or other drinks. We ended up walking out. The staff completely forgot about us, after being seated outside by the fountain. We saw staff clearing many tables of dishes but no one looked at us when I attempted to make eye contact and get their attention. Worst experience. I will not be back or recommend this place to friends or family.
Great food, professional service, nice ambiance. Will go there again!
Delicious Food and wonderful wines! Always love coming back here!
Great food and service. Nice birthday occasion!
Steak Salad, $20 had about 2 oz. of steak at the most. $10 for a single shot cocktail.
Great food, terrific service and excellent wine! We had a wonderful time!
Great service great food would go again and highly recommend
It was an elegant evening, our dinner was very well prepared and delicious.
Though the noise level was very high due to other diners, it was still an enjoyable evening.
Our server Martha, was incredible!
She was very attentive, observant, and her timing was impeccable.
We will definitely ask for her again.
I work in the agriculture industry and live west of the Cascades and am in Eastern Washington on business multiple times during the year. I have wanted to visit Taverna Tagaris & Winery for quite some time. It FAR exceeded my expectations. The meal was delicious and well-prepared. The ambiance was joyful and relaxing and it was enjoyable to dine by the fire (solo) and watch the cooks do their thing in the kitchen accessible for all to see adjacent to the stone fire oven. I sampled numerous delightful wines (some varietals never before or rarely tasted), & I was highly impressed. Check out the history and back story of Tagaris before visiting. It will increase your appetite for a visit! Ahhhh yes, of course I joined the Wine Club. Very generous pours and wide sampling so you can experience the large portfolio of wines this wonderful establishment brings to the table! Bravo!
Everything was perfect. Is it a little pricey, sure. But the food was amazing and the service was impeccable! The dessert trio to end the night is an absolute must!!
our waitress was very sweet.. we had small bridal shower they gave us plenty of time accommodated us well for the occasion. we will return soon
The paella was delicious as were the crispy artichoke appetizers. The organic Waluke Cab 2018 was one of my favorite wines I've had in the last year and purchased a bottle to take home. Will definitely be buying more of this wine in the future. The service, food and wine never dissappoints.
We sat on the patio on a somewhat warm March afternoon. The hot mulled wine, chicken panini, and Greek gyro were delicious. The server was attentive and friendly. Bought a case of wine being offered at a very reasonable price. Overall great experience!
Very nice place for a casual dinner with your girlfriend, wife, or lover. However there was families there with kids.
Made a reservation for my bride's Birthday a week ahead of time and requested a tsble fir four near the fireplace for 5:00 P.M.. Arrived at 4:45 P.M. The hostess was not friendly, I told her I had a reservation for 5:00P.M. and that I had requested for a table for four near the fireplace I was told that she had just filled that table. So it doesn't help to try to make a special day special by making a reservation a week in advance snd asking for something special. I regret going here but we had been here before and it was wonderful friends told me to go to Bookwalter I see now that I should have listened. Only saving grace was our server she was great her name is Martha imagine that!!! I will definitely be trying Bookwalter next special occasion... very disheartening.....
Food and drinks were everything we needed to enjoy a lunch date!
Great wine and exquisite food. The menu changing is a treat with new entrees to try. I’ve never had anything but total satisfaction with the food and wine. Nice to find creative dishes that are delicious.
The food and service was great. The noise level was very nice, we were able to carry on a conversation!
Thank you for a great evening!
We made a reservation and got the best seat by the fireplace. The salmon was perfectly cooked. Very happy with the service all around.
I was very happy with the meal. The veggies were crisp and on point. The risotto was extremely flavorful and smooth textured. The steak oscar sauce was wonderfully complex and the steak was cooked to perfection. Service was great and my wife was very pleased with the lobster bisque as an appetizer. Job very well executed for a valentine's day outing. Would go again in a heartbeat...lol
Steak was cooked perfectly, veggies and sides were cold. Our server was excellent. My whiskey on the rocks tasted watered down. The layout isn’t very conducive to a intimate private dining experience. The lobster bisque was amazing and the Greek salad was very good! Overall would recommend...
Food was extremely bland drinks were just okay. Won’t be back
It was a fun Valentine dinner!
Went here for Valentine’s Day. The food and wine was outstanding. We had the lobster bisque (so creamy) and I had steak and lobster. The lobster was so tender-best I ever had. My husband had the chicken cordon blue and he loved it. We drank a bottle of the reserve Cab and split a trio for dessert. The service was fantastic. The food arrived just as the right speed. Thanks for a wonderful and memorable night!
Valentines Special Menu was fabulous!! Great attention to detail, amazing steak, sides etc!
Valentine’s Day
Ambiance was wonderful. Our service was great. The food quality was excellent.
One of our favorite places to eat. We went for a Valentine's Day lunch and it was fantastic, food, service, atmosphere. Could not have asked for anything more.
I hate to leave this review because we were excited to be able to sit in a restaurant and this was one on our list to visit. First off, we were seated at a very small wobbly high top table. It was near a slightly open door into the 22 degree snowy winter. I know this door is open for pandemic rules and I understand. I told my waitress I was unsatisfied with the table, she looked around, keep in mind the restaurant was basically empty at this point, and said she was sorry that we couldn’t have a different table. I told my wife it was probably a social distancing rule. Nope, over the next hour they filled every table around us.
We had the baked oysters, they were a bit over and very fishy but we ate them. We also had the green pea arancini, they were delicious! We shared a very tasty Caesar salad with focaccia croutons that I would love to have the recipe for. I really wanted some of that same Focaccia fresh from the oven but I guess they only make it for croutons. My wife had the beef filet (I think) with potato croquettes, it was seasoned well and very good. I had the bistro steak with lobster risotto. Risotto is hard to pull off and it fell short here. It was gummy and lacked flavor. I craved a bit of kosher salt and some fresh cracked black that would have made it better. I also had the chocolate cake with chocolate covered strawberry, it too was good. Cocktails and wine also hit the mark.
All in all, with tip, this was around the $250-$300 range, which we spend on dinner often. I would like to say that this would be a restaurant we put into our rotation, but for the chance happening that I would be seated at that same table again without the choice to move, no, we won’t be returning.
One of our favorite places! The food is exceptional, the wine is outstanding and Martha is the very best server. Top notch all the way around.
Amazing! The appetizers are always great. We typically get a wine flight each and a couple apps. They rotate their menus, so we always get to try new things. Inevitably we take home a bottle or two of wine. This is our go to winery in the Tricities.
Sitting "outside" was nice and warm, in February. Rachel either was over worked or had too many tables to wait on. She was sweet but terribly sidetracked.
Delicious! Fantastic wine, food, and service. Will definitely go again.
