Ich hoffe sehr, dass die Restaurantbesitzer auf die Bewertungen hören. Meine Familie hat im Voraus über Ihre Website einen Tisch reserviert, mit dem Vermerk "Geburtstag". Als wir ins Restaurant kamen, setzte man uns an einen Tisch ohne Reservierungsschild, direkt an der Tür, wo es zog und sehr kalt war. Der Kellner kam lange Zeit nicht zu uns. Als er endlich kam, unterbrach er uns während der Bestellung und verschwand wieder. Ehrlich gesagt, habe ich noch nie eine so schreckliche Kundenbetreuung erlebt. Bei der Bestellung des Gerichts habe ich zweimal nachgefragt, ob es Kartoffeln enthält. Letztendlich gab es keine Kartoffeln auf dem Teller – schade. Das Gemüse sollte vom Grill sein, war aber geschmacklos und gekocht statt gegrillt. Das Fleisch war lecker, der Schaschlik hat uns gefallen. Die Atmosphäre war schrecklich – mehr wie eine Kantine als ein Restaurant. Ständige Hektik, Kellner liefen hin und her, aber es war schwer, sie zu finden. Eine leise Hintergrundmusik wäre schön gewesen. Im Restaurant war es stickig, laut und eng. Um zur Toilette zu gehen, musste man die Gäste stören, die gerade aßen. Der Raum und der Service sind schlecht organisiert – wirklich schade. Die Location ist wunderschön und stilvoll, aber es muss mit dem Personal gearbeitet werden. Sie repräsentieren Ihr Restaurant. Leider haben wir keine Lust, hier noch einmal herzukommen.
