Went into the bathroom and someone had pucked all over the floor no one picked it up had to tell a manager although I know it happened at least 30 minutes prior. Had a reservation but was stuck close to the exit and couldn’t enjoy the show. Food is not authentic Greek more like a chain.

The food was really good and the atmosphere was fun. The staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed ourselves. The bellydancer even came up to the kids and got them involved. A little loud when the music starts at night but we had fun.

We visited Orlando from Boston and decided to have dinner at OPA . Being of Greek heritage myself I was looking forward to the experience. The staff was great, accommodating and very helpful. The managers made sure that they visited our table and introduced themselves . The atmosphere was friendly, happy and everyone from old to young was having fun. The food was authentic and very tasteful. The mere plate was very tasteful. The grape leaves need some work ( not like my mother’s) but there was plenty of food and we took leftovers for lunch and dinner the next day. I strongly recommend it .

I have been to Taverna Opa a few times. It is always very fun. The music is lively and the belly dancers are great. The cheese appetizer that they light at the table is very delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants to go out for a great night of entertainment. It is best to go in larger groups.

Since last visit couple of years ago, standards gone downwards

We had a reservation, but showed up with more people than expected. It was not too busy and they were able to seat us right away. We sat outside and they lowered some shades so the sun didn’t blind us. The server was very friendly and helpful. Outside the volume was very mild and the belly dancer is not visible. She did walk by the tables outside, but we could not see nor hear her performance.

The food was very good. We especially liked the hummus made tableside. The food took a little while to come out, but the server checked on us and brought the food out as soon as she could.

The atmosphere was great and service impeccable! The manager, Gabriela, made us feel special. Would definitely recommend!

My friends and I went for our annual birthday dinner.
The food was amazing, I had the lamb chops and I am still dreaming about them. The atmosphere is so fun and the music is great. The only downside is that it’s very loud so it’s hard to hold a conversation.

She was excellent and appeared to have everything in check & under control while waiting on/serving our party of 20+ people celebrating our daughter's sweet 16 birthday party, (4/13/2018) She was the best! So sadly, we have all become accustomed to having either bad service, bad food, or worse yet- both, while going out for a nice dinner, *especially with a large party. She thoroughly impressed us all with her welcoming personality and attentiveness to all of our guests- and never once had to wait/ask for anything... Very impressed! Opa's got a good one in her- don't let her go. Our sincere thanks, especially to "Easy." On behalf of me and my family, I can only hope you might forward this on to her and her Supervisors/Staff as an example of "excellent/quality service." Greatly appreciated...

Lamb was horrible and they didn’t offer to compensate or exhange it. And don’t order their birthday cake. Fun to watch belly dancing.

Opa has gotten too commercialized and the quality of the food has gone way down. 4 of 5 of us got sick. The eggplant and roe were not tasty. The octopus was over cooked.
Try another Greek Resturant but the atmosphere was great!

Food was great... dancing was fabulous. The server was one of the most attentive servers I have ever had.
Downside

Opa is always a great time! From the bellydancers to the fiery cheese, you wont be dissapointed! Great for groups to celebrate. Dont bring anyone with hearing issues, its very loud but thats the fun of it all.

We took my 73 year old mother-in-law for her birthday. She loves to dance and had a fantastic time. She even said it was her best birthday celebration ever!!! Thanks to our server and the whole team. FUN FUN FUN

Great food, fun belly dancer, kids loved everyone dancing on the tables. The birthday cake for my granddaughter was delicious and presented in a fun way. Loved the whole experience. Music was a bit loud but was part of the party atmosphere!

Super fun entertaining restaurant w nonstop excitement belly dancing, dance music and participatory opportunities! Food was good but we came for the entertainment and loved every second of it!

I made our reservation based on the menu but were pleasantly surprised that our experience turned out to be much more than what we expected.
The belly dancer, energetic music and flying napkins made this an entertaining and delicious dinner for our group ranging in age from 8-65.

Wonderful food, service, and ambience. It was a uncomfortably warm, however,.
Also, the child in our group is noise sensitive and had to be taken out before the rest of the group finished. Something to be aware of if your child is sensitive.

Food Good, Service a bit slow, but friendly, tables are too close to each other, sat outside.

This was by far the best restaurant I've been to. I took my 9 year old daughter and we both loved it so much we went back the 2nd night for dinner again.

Not worth making reservations if party is not going to be seated on time. Waited for 30 minutes to be seated. Food is good but not worth the wait. If you like a restaurant with a club atmosphere then this place is for you.

Recommended by our Uber driver and it was a great find! Service was terrific and the food was amazing! Best Greek food I've had. We sat outside which was good because there was a belly dancer (Friday night) so it was pretty loud inside. It was really fun to watch her dance and pull people up on the table to dance with her. Great atmosphere!

had a 730 reservation and didn’t get seated until 815. Had an awesome time service excellent foods just as good. Highly recommended

Menu hard to understand. Very, very loud. Wish they’d have more tradional Greek offerings. Gyro meat just fair, mosakou very tasty, appetizers were very good saganaki wonderful, spanakopita again just okay. Great place for birthday or other celebration. Service was okay.

I absolutely loved my time at Taverna Opa. It was my 25th Birthday celebration and the staff made sure I had an awesome dinner/party. The food was delicious and the entertainment was amazing and on point. It was like a mini dance club inside the restaurant because of the awesome music they were playing too. Everyone was dancing left to right and so was I (on the table!), but it also maintained a great place to eat with my group of friends. I would definitely come back again it was a great experience. Final note..Napkins everywhere! it was lit.

Awesome!!! Food & energetic atmosphere was amazing. I’ve been there twice during trips to Orlando & both experiences were consistently impressive.

Not too friendly restaurant, we arrive and had to wait for 10 mins before we can be seated even though I had a reservation. Was not greeted well. When seated we were given pita bread with chick peas not even enough for 7 of us , I order a second one and told I have to pay which I ended up pay for. The sangria was awesome, some of the meals were good but the slow cook lamb was wayyyyy too fatty. The lamb had more fat than meat, the meal was over priced. Lamb chops was great, the lamb burger was alright the roll was hard the meat was dry doesn't even taste like lamb. Over all I give you a 2 star. Thanks

My Wife and I enjoyed the authentic menu choices, including appetizers, main entrees and desserts. The atmosphere was lively, energetic and fun. We'll definitely go back with friends.

This place is authentic and amazing. From the belly dancing to staff encouraging traditional table dancing to incredible food.

It got loud and crazy and so much fun.
