First time visiting Taverna Opa and it was nothing but amazing. Atmosphere was live and very everyone was live together. Food was amazing pita bread tasted great skin, ribeye seasoned very well, and Spanish rice was eat especially with lemon squeezed on it yummy. I am going to plan my anniversary dinner there.

The food was incredible and the folks working there were friendly and great! The belly dancers and party atmosphere was fun. Only one minor drawback was that the music was a touch too loud for us. But that could have just been us; if you're ok with loud music, I highly recommend Taverna Opa.

We had the best server, Sienna, with so much energy and charisma! The energy in this restaurant is unmatched! It is so much fun and we have made it a family tradition to go for every graduation, birthday, etc. if you’re looking for a GREAT fun time it is at opa! Who doesn’t love dancing on the table?

We went there for Mother’s Day. We were seated outside right away. However inside was where the music and dancing. Not sure if there were a lot of parties but it was fun to watch even though some night have found it loud. Service and food was great!

We understand the heat can be a bit much at times. The extra seating was added recently to provide more opportunity for guests to dine without having to wait for a table. I had a salad with the best feta I’ve ever eaten. Delicious stuffed grape leaves. Crispy calamari. All with a nice reasonably priced glass of Prosecco!

Great place and yes, I would go back. However, I specifically selected this restaurant as they had lamb shank listed on the menu. When we got there and ordered they did not have any because ‘it was in short supply and they were unable to get it’. I call BS as I found it at my local grocery store today, in decent supply. I had the lamb chops which were amazing. Then also did not have Espresso after offering it as one of the coffees??? It is pretty loud, so conversation can be difficult, but the vibe is great, the belly dancer was fun and overall a good time was had.

The food was amazing. Music was excessively loud even when asked to lower. I understand it is an "entertainment meal", but it was excessively noise that we had difficulty hearing the server or our conversations around the table.

Read Carefully both good and bad. We will start with the Good. The food and servive were excellent. Food tasted great and was reasonablly priced for I-Drive. We were a party of six and all stated they would go back but not inside. We would only eat outside. The belly dancers were very good and very engaging with te customers. Funny in that they threw thousands onf cocktail napkings in the air with the dancers, Confetti would have probably been easier. The Bad. This was a Greek resteraunt. I guess we were stupid to expect to hear Greek music with the entertainment. To put it mildly the music was deafening. More of what I would have expected at a college bar with dancing or a rave. It was impossible to talk to anyone at the table, My ears were still ringing on the hour long car ride.

I used to live in Greece and Cyprus. The food was average but nothing to return for. They do have a party atmosphere on weekend nights with belly dancers and napkins thrown in the air. Maybe my expectations were too high.
