The sweet potato “burger” was really good. We also tried the pretzel and fried pickles for appetizer. Both were excellent!

Very good meal. Server was very nice and polite. Had gotten together with old friends who I hadn’t seen for a while. We were so busy talking we hadn’t picked out lunch. The server said no problem - just put the menus in a pile so I will know when you’re ready! My only complaint is it was very loud. Not the restaurants fault. I just turned down by hearing aid.

Reservation honored quickly, Nice table on enclosed patio, ice water was quick and cold, spicy asian chicken salad bowl was just the right degree. Waiter checked in a few times with box and check delivered quickly. Nice job.

As someone with a food allergy I always feel so comfortable dining at tavern in the square. We had a fantastic waitress at the high tops on 6/14 who was great to our kids and the food and drinks were spot on as always.
