Great staff, very accommodating with the time change in our reservation. Food was good and an amazing beer selection. Great night all around.

Outdoor dining area very comfortable and enjoyable. First outing for me since COVID, so I definitely enjoyed it.

The salmon was way over cooked and the asparagus was lackluster. The fish and chips were okay but tasted low quality.

They were totally prepared & ready to have guests dining with them again and took all necessary health and safety precautions to make it a great time!

Perfect place to meet with friends and chill out! Love it! I’ll definitely come back

I have recently had difficulty getting reservations for one but I had no problem getting one for a patio table there at a busy time. I work in the area and had been a regular at the bar pre-shutdown and one of the bartenders went out of their way to come over and welcome me back! My server was super friendly and helpful and my Caesar salad with sliced tenderloin was perfect! And I don’t even like salad! I have definitely been treated differently as a solo diner, but never here! Highly recommend!

Beautiful afternoon on the patio. Waitress was perfect, attentive, polite and kind. Cleaning procedure was excellent, virtual menu to save paper (had paper copies if needed). Felt safe and brought a taste of normalcy!

Tavern in the Square in Burlington was well equipped for Father's Day Dining during this pandemic. We were taken in exactly on time and had a very enjoyable dinner. Our server, while we could not see her with the mask on, seemed very pleasant. The food was amazingly tasty. A fun time was had by all.

Three of us had the backyard burger, excellent! The other had Bayou chicken pasta, again delicious! Our waiter was really friendly and gave us great service.

We had a nice Father’s Day lunch and a great time given the changes due to the pandemic. The service and seating were excellent, but the steak tips were a little too salty. Regardless, our family had a wonderful time. A great place to dine for any occasion and glad the restaurant was able to accommodate.

Went during outdoor-only dining. Service was quick and efficient - server was great! Food was delicious and reminded me what I had missed during COVID! Tables spaced appropriately and everything looks SUPER clean. We will be back for sure.

The espresso martini was delicious.
I liked the pizza and the chicken tender appetizers. The service was great. My only complaint is that it was too hot where we were seated. There were no fans or AC and I was sweating the entire time.

Birthday! Didn’t put added olives on stick in vodka on the rocks.

Everything was good. Reservations, perfect, seating perfect. Waitress was great. Two of us had the salmon and it was great, we loved the rice noodles or whatever they were on top. The only problem I had, was my drink, lemonade and rasberry vodka, it was weak and tasteless. I had to Buy something else.

It was great to have a yummy sangria post covid lock-down!

the experience was fine with the exception of having to view the menu after scanning a QR - not everyone has the capabilities to do this- making disposable menus seems such and easier option - this option seems a little lazy for the restaurant

Tavern in the Square is by far one of my favorite restaurants!!! The staff is so friendly and the food is great and always fresh. Michaela was an absolutely fantastic server. She was very attentive and practiced COVID safety measures. Can’t wait to go back!!

Service under the new normal process for dining was outstanding, it was our first dining experience since March and I am so glad I took the family here. Will be back.

Great experience. Felt safe. Felt like they thought through all the relevant operations and that they trained the staff thoroughly. Staff were friendly and conscientious.

From the moment we walked in the staff was very professional and friendly and you felt safe with the spacing of the tables.All the employees were wearing masks and you can just scan a code and pay over your phone.Well worth the time and money spent.

We were seated shortly after arriving for our reservation. Service was friendly, we were never rushed. The food was hot and tasty- drinks were well made and yummy.

Everything was great, but they need to be more consistent about masks. Several people walked through with the mask down around their chins and one could was let in without wearing them at all.

We frequent The Tavern often and have never had a bad experience! The waitstaff is top notch..friendly, attentive, and courteous! The managers are always around talking to the guests and ensuring your dining experience is outstanding. Love the added outdoor patio which was just added due to Covid 19. If you are looking to have a great meal, reasonably priced, and great service, this is the place! You won’t be disappointed!!!
