   First time we have used it, and only heard about it a few days befor , so did not know it existed. The service was great, loved the food , and a nice atmosphere, hope to go back again soon.

   Very relaxed and accommodating. Good food, a little bit pricey, but excellent quality. Worth a visit.

   We had a fabulous time on Saturday night, the restaurant was full and the atmosphere was lively. Even though it was busy, the service was excellent (special thanks to Harvey for being so cheerful and entertaining) and the food was wonderful. I would definitely recommend a visit.

   Booked here as there were early evening slots and the reviews were fabulous. Cannot understand how this cafe is rated better than the nearby Plough. Tatty Bunting is a completely different type of eatery. Staff were really lovely and the location was fine BUT the food was only average - probably absolutely fine if you are looking for a local cafe but not if you are looking for fine dining. I hasten to add my expectations were raised by the open table reviews - I do not feel I was misled by the cafe at all.

   We wanted to try somewhere different and Tatty Bunting lived up to our expectations in every way - warm welcome, well organised, good menu (including veggie options), great service and freshly prepared food. I don't know why we haven't been before, but we will certainly return and recommend our friends go and try it.

   We arrived at the Lodges on Friday evening so thought rather than getting back in the car to go out we would try Tatty Bunting. A table of four, the service was friendly and very attentative. The food was excellent, I had the haddock fishcakes, my son and mother in law had ribs and my husband had sirloin steak. All very nice and reasonably priced. We would definetly return to the lodges and will go back to Tatty Bunting. Thank you

   I went to a Greek night and had lamb shank which wss a little overdone and therefore dry, otherwise the food was OK and the dessert of baklava very nice although a little overpriced at £6.50. Very friendly and helpful service.

   Friendly and helpful staff made our first visit most enjoyable. Good food served within a very nice, comfortable atmosphere. The 'Cheesecake of the Day' was particularly tasty! Highly recommended for either a quiet lunch/dinner or for a family get-together. Give it a try!
