Went for brunch today to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary. Food was decent, but service was slower than expected. It was busy when we arrived, but still took quite a while.

We had a reservation for my daughter’s birthday. They sat us and then ignored us. Completely. Not a single server even looked at us other than the manager telling everyone the middle bathroom was closed. “Don’t go in there.” Inspiring. After over ten minutes of being completely ignored, while the servers chatted in the corner and talked on their cell phones, we walked out. They were so clueless about what was going on that they said thank you on the way out.

Overall I was a little disappointed with this location as I’ve always enjoyed the others. I know it’s newer so I’m sure there’s still some things to workout but overall not great at all. The fries looked like they came out of a plastic bag and were microwaved- again not the same as I’ve had at the other locations, the salad I ordered hardly had any toppings and the chicken wasn’t cooked. Only giving two stars as I know the people who ordered the chicken and waffle were pleased. By the end of our time there for some reason the music had stopped playing and it was quiet. Our waitress was sweet but the atmosphere was strange. Again, hopefully it will reach the same quality as the other locations eventually.

It’s been difficult these days to find a restaurant where the service is good. I was pleasantly surprised at the service at a Taste of Belgium. It was outstanding and the food was incredible (especially the bacon)! I highly recommend a Taste of Belgium for both the food and service!

We came here for Mothers Day on a reservation. Walking in, the music was loud and it was pop music, not European. We sat at a high top table that had the bartender as our waitress. She did her best but the process was slow. The food was average at taste. No management ever visited the table. We spent over $100 with a tip and it doesn’t feel worth it. Glad we went once but it wasn’t at all what I expected, disappointed!

I took my mother to this location on Mother’s Day (via reservation). Our service was very slow throughout our experience. We were sitting for at our table for at least 20 mins before being welcomed by our waitress. This was followed by large gaps throughout the remainder of our time. The wrong food/plate was brought out initially for my mother, and then my meal came out later than hers, and it was only partial (I was giving fries with no burger). The burger came about 5-10 minutes later. Overall, we enjoy Taste of Belgium at their other locations in Cincinnati and believe this was an isolated occurrence with our waitress plus the holiday crowd.

They were super busy and short staffed, so it took awhile to get seated even with a reservation, but once we were seated our server was there to take our order and our food and drinks came out quickly. The service staff did a really really great job especially considering how busy and short staffed they were! They were friendly and got us everything we needed quickly and they all deserve kudos! The food was good and hot, the fries were delicious! Chicken and waffles were really good too!

We had a reservation but it took a long time for us to get our food. I usually get the chicken and waffles which I go but the waffle was tiny. The bathrooms were not clean and out of both toilet paper and hand soap.

Food was O.K. For the price point, it was more than a bit underwhelming. The service was also a bit of a letdown. It was pretty empty when we were seated, but our server disappeared for long periods. As the breakfast rush picked up, they were easier to find.

Food was mediocre at best, and was ridiculously over priced. Oasis mimosa literally tasted like suntan lotion. Staff was amazing and the right amount of attentive.

Mommy daughter date! It was pretty good. Service was slow took forever for our waitress to come to the table, food was decent but the Brussel sprouts had so much oil in them that even when I got them home I poured oil off into the lid of the container before I could even eat them.

Went for breakfast. Interesting breakfast/brunch menu featuring Belgian waffles in various dishes, crepes, omelets, etc. Service was excellent and food was delicious. We would definitely go back.

The main problem and it wasn’t the servers fault was we got all our food in my sons cheeseburgers still had the paper wrapper from the cheese or the hamburger cooked into his meat. So we had to wait for him to get a whole different burger and we had all finished our food by the time he got his food. The server was very friendly and apologetic, but it would have been nice if they took his food off the bill for the inconvenience. Also we never got drinks refills. They were not busy so this was no the reason.

We waited fifteen minutes to get something to drink. I ordered a mimosa and a water and didn’t get either until fifteen minutes after she took our order.

Food was amazing! Service was great! Coffee was great! We just had to wait a bit for a bill to come but other than that it was a wonderful first experience! Would highly recommend!

The menu has been reduced, several favorites are no longer offered. The burgers there used to be some of the best, but the burger I had last night was pretty bad. They’ve changed from using crisp lettuce to using some other soggy green leaves. Burger itself had an odd taste. Overall very disappointing, especially for a $16 burger. They changed the fries for the worse a while ago, now they’ve done it to the burgers. Explains why the restaurant was nearly empty.

We were seated at a high top when our reservation was for standard seating. But other than that everything was great. We were having a light dinner after a movie: I had the breakfast platter and my spouse had a salad. Straightforward, but both very good.

We regularly eat and taste of Belgium although this was our first trip to this location. I know it used to be some kind of gourmet hamburger place and it retains some of that ambiance. Would love to see a little bit lower lighting. Beers on tap or true to the theme mostly belgian. I feel like other locations have a greater variety of taps but not sure. Food was very good.

nice setting, great service, just a bit too loud for a good conversation without getting a sore voice... easy parking. We were there for a Sunday brunch so it was busy . Really like that they took reservations.

Bathrooms and tables were extremely dirty. Had to wait significantly in the host stand despite reservation and empty restaurant. Host was unwilling to fit request of high chairs.

Front desk hosts were not friendly and acted like they were doing us a favor to seat us. None of the staff looked happy and the service showed it. We waited 20 minutes to even get service after we sat down. Really an awful experience. We saw people walking out after waiting for a table. . Expect this place to fold.

Unfortunately, this wasn't the best. I have always loved the chicken and waffles. 2 of us got it, and the chicken was hard to cut, and the waffles were well overdone. The other 2 meals were very good, though.
