   Perplexed that my lunch special Garlic Mixed Vegetables appeared to have been vegetable scraps left in the kitchen and they gave me the last bit of it. Compared to my friends large portion of Orange Chicken, the vegetables were less than a “side” of vegetables. It lacked any flavor, certainly tasted of no garlic, other than the diluted sauce it was cooked in. I was picturing something similar to Buddhas Delight or even similar to the photo of their vegetable entree. The vegetables were incorrectly overcooked not making it a stir fry. The food cost for chicken compared to the vegetable proportion I received was much higher. Therefore, the restaurant should look at their food cost and profit margin for the Garlic Mixed Vegetables and see that the customer is getting ripped off for the portion they are receiving. Those of us that like vegetables and order a vegetable entree, even if it is a lunch special, should receive a portion that doesn’t mimic a side of vegetables.

   Taste of Asia has a wide selection of food. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was very flavorful and tasted authentic. We all had Scallion Pancakes, Potstickers, andCrab rRngoon. The appetizers came out first, and everything was hot and delicious. The server was friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was clean. We look forward to going back.

   Food was very good and a large selection. There was 4 of us and we all ordered something different and shared. All selections were good. Need to work on service. Other than seating quickly, process was very slow on waiters/waitresses

   Third meal here. The food and service were outstanding each time. Manager is helpful, courteous and on top of everything. I will be a frequent flyer.

   It was a great Chinese NY meal for my 95 year old Mama. When we were kids she would make traditional Chinese dishes every new year and so it as nice to give her a treat to have those dishes this year without her having to cook them.

   The service was friendly, professional and really good. Unfortunately the quality of the food was very much sub-par. Some of the worst Chinese food we have had in Las Vegas.

   Mt wife and I have been looking for a good Asian restaurant and remembered going to the Taste of Asia in the past. We made reservations and went that evening. From the time we were seated the service was over the top excellent. We felt like real guests, We started with soups and were amazed by the flavors and size of the servings. That same theme carried on to the main dishes which were a gourmet delight that would satisfy any lover of Asian cuisine. Again, the taste and portions were amazing. The cost of our meals was in line or below any restaurant we had researched. Then, we were told about the luncheon specials and vowed to return every week. So happy we found our base for quality Asian food combined with the service you would expect from any good restaurant.

    If you are using a Canadian Credit card be careful as they do not know how to process it. They told me that both the cards I presented were declined. I explained that the cards were both good but they refused to correct their error. When I checked with my bank later they confirmed cards were both good and they also advised that the staff at the restaurant tried entering their own PIN number. I used the credit card the rest of our time away with no issues. Many servers do not know what a PIN number for a credit card is but every other restaurant knew how to process our payment without the pin. We just signed for every purchase.
