TASTE - a Vegan Concept by Sand Castle Winery was re-conceptualized in May 2017 to offer an elegant and savory vegan menu. This new model has been labeled 'absolutely disruptive in the vegan landscape' by the press. We must agree as it is our mission.

Unlike most vegan offerings, TASTE has placed its focus on the proteins. Collaborating with the Herbivorous Butcher, one of the most revered contemporary names in food, its menu was curated by a renowned Philadelphia chef to satisfy both the die-hard and reluctant vegan. The plant-based 'meats' yields texture and taste nearly identical to the real thing. "This is so amazingly" is the most common descriptive heard from those who have eaten at the restaurant.

Augmenting the food offering, this chic space offers a full bar featuring spirits, craft beer, and of course, Sand Castle's 100% European Vinifera wine products. Not only can these wines be ordered by the glass, you can purchase bottles or cases to tak

Too much emphasis on faux meat vegan options - it would be nice to see more creative true veggie dishes in addition to the plant based meat substitutes. Otherwise food was good and service was friendly and prompt.

The food was delicious! I had the BBQ sliders and I was pleasantly surprised. They are small plates, so a little pricy for one dish. I'd recommend sharing with someone to try a few different things. Worth the money!!

We are beer drinkers, not so much wine. That is our biggest criticism-the beer list was very limited. We loved everything else so much though that we will go back!

My friends and I met halfway between Delaware and Allentown at TASTE. Two of them were vegetarian/vegan and were extremely impressed and delighted by the variety of fun, delicious options available to them. I myself am not a vegetarian, but still enjoyed trying meat-substitute options. Everything was delicious, and loved the wine!

The restaurant is wonderful! The food is amazing. I will definitely be going back. My only gripe is that it took about 20 minutes for anyone to come talk to us once we had been seated. It was really slow when we got there, too, so there really was no reason it took so long. Service could be improved, but other than that it was really, really great!

It was good a little disappointing compared to other visits. I wish the food or specifically the flat breads were more consistent. We’ve been there three times and ordered both the mushroom and the grand ma each time. Today’s grand am had so much on it it was very oily and messy. It was a real disappointment
