   Tartufos is becoming the place we go to when we want to be sure to have a good meal. Our chicken parms, gnocci, and Wow risotto were all good. Cocktails were good as well (I had the Godfather). On the downside, it gets pretty noisy when it is full (and no one likes the seat next to the outside door). On balance, it was wonderful.

   The food was so well prepared. Tasty, interesting, plentiful. The wines by the glass were generous and abundant. What more could anyone want?

   Food was great. Very loud at times in restaurant. Might want to tell people ahead of time that they will be next to violinist. She was great but just loud at times.

   The food is always excellent at Tartufo. We enjoy eating there as well as doing takeout from there, and have never been disappointed. If eating in the restaurant, the service is consistently friendly and attentive. The decor is comfortable and homey. It is a pleasure to spend time there. For this meal, there were 3 of us at the table, all ordering something different from each other, and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our dishes. I highly recommend Tartufo for both in-person dining or takeout.

   Wonderful as always. We shared the prosciutto appetizer and we all had various seafood dishes. They know how to prepare fresh seafood! The Frutti di Maré is a classic with a generous portion of shellfish and tomato based broth. Scallops pappardelle is served with freshly made pasta and the pink vodka sauce actually has a subtle taste of vodka. Lastly, their risotto is always a knock-out. You can’t go wrong with any of the offerings, and the scallop and shrimp risotto was superb.

   We sat at the bar. The bartenders Hope and Tony were exceptionally attentive and friendly. They provided wonderful service. The food was delicious. Portion sizes were big. My husband had the veal and he ate the whole thing. I had the filet and mash potatoes, which I was craving. Everything was delicious. We had a great night.

   Limoncello cake was great. Wonderful entertainment (saxophone player) added a nice touch for the evening.

   The waiter we had was not attentive nor as professional as most of the other wait staff we have experienced. The front hostesses were friendly and professional

   We had a group of 8 with a large range of ages and they were very attentive and the food was fantastic! Thanks for a great night.
