   We read prior reviews about the pasta cacio pepe and I lived in Italy myself studying medicine there and I can cook a better pasta, Cacio pepe at home. It was the wrong type of pasta, and it was very with the Italians call sciappo (bkandans biring)

   I rarely leave reviews for restaurants, but our dinner last night was incredible from start to finish. Our waiter was very kind and attentive. The cheese and charcuterie was excellent, our dessert was excellent, and the pasta I had - the cacio e pepe with truffles - was one of the best things I have ever eaten. I would like to add that I spent a semester abroad in Italy so I’ve eaten a lot of very good pasta, but this tops it all. If you get a chance to eat here, do it.

   I wish they would improve the wine list! Most of the bottles are $20 retail and they're charging $80 -- and most aren't rated over 90. Food is solid, with a few standouts, but it's shockingly hard to find an interesting glass or bottle of vino -- at a wine bar!

   The menu has fantastic option. Pollo was delicious. Nonna's pasta - amazing. Salad was fresh and delicious. Also, excellent and unique wine selection. The perfect neighborhood spot.

    We are outside and had a wonderful meal. The waitstaff could not have been nicer. We shared the arugula and artichoke salad, which was delicious and each had the salmon with farro. The combination of ingredients was wonderful and the portions plentiful. An all around very pleasant evening out.

    Food was, as usual, excellent. The chicken with olives and the chicken Milanese were great, as was the simple green salad. Wines by the glass are well chosen and fairly priced. Service was just fine. My only complaint is that the chairs used, both inside and outside, are ridiculously uncomfortable and a deterrent to coming back more often. Perhaps management might review the seating choices with diners’ comfort in mind?

    The food was somewhat disappointing. The artichokes in the rucola and carciofi salad tasted canned and the walnuts were just slightly rancid. The risotto with asparagus was bland, though the rice was properly al dente. I may continue going because the restaurant is in my neighborhood and uses good ingredients and has a pleasant atmosphere both inside and out.

    I love the chicken Milanese! Last nights was just ‘eh’. Wasn’t crispy…. Just kind of mushy and pale. I would have said something, but nobody ever came over to ask us how our meals were. I brought half home and will share with my dog. Love this place. Not giving up, too convenient and love sitting outside. But maybe will stick with pasta.

    The food was disappointing, neither of the dishes we got were worth the price. One pasta was undercooked and the gnocchi was tasteless. We had to try a lot to get the attention of the server.

    Food is very solid. We like the chicken and salmon, in particular. Service is often spotty, but never bad. Wine list could use an upgrade, although we found a so so barbera by the glass.

    3 of us went for dinner, outdoors, last night. First we had to negotiate for a table that wasn't under hideous security lights-that worked out fine. We ordered a bottle of wine and then a starter and small plate as second course, with 2 of us sharing. The first starter-a lovely arugula and artichoke salad-arrived quickly, and on its heels, the pizza second course, for the same party. We sent the pizza back-explaining it was to follow as second course. We had nearly finished the salad and still no sign of our companion's eggplant appetizer. It finally arrived-and was pretty good! We had to then ask for the second courses to be served. The pizza seemed like the original but reheated, although waiter said it was remAde: generous prosciutto topping but barely melted cheese, too chewy crust, and it got cold very fast. Our companion's pasta alla chitara was pretty good -except that it was oddly cut into about 3" lengths- not correct for chittara, meant to be long. Our server was clearly inept to the point of incompetence. He barely apologized for the mistakes. This was an extremely disappointing experience at a place where we had previously enjoyed light meals at the wine bar.

    Huge selection of wines. Italy focused. Menu was very creative, and the Prime Rib and Pistachio Crusted Lamb Chops were sensational! Casual vibe, and we really enjoyed.

    Food was wonderful but service a tad absent when looking to flag someone to bring a refill or a dessert menu. Also it is a tiny dining room with a very large center bar area that was busy and very noisy when we first sat down to dinner. An hour later it was quieter as the bar crowd shrank to a few having a quiet glass of wine.

    We love this restaurant for brunch and also for glasses of wine and snacks like salami and prosciutto. They have a really interesting and varied wine list. Last night we had dinner there and the food was fine but not great. One serving of pasta was really meager and the other (with meatballs) was kind of bland. The service was top notch and I suspect the kitchen may have just had an off night as the food I’ve had here before was very good.

    The night was so much with old friends from LA. Everyone loves the food and the outdoor side dining space. The waiter and entire staff was lovely. Being that I live in Brooklyn, it is great to have a local upper west side place to return to. Thank you.

    Food always excellent. Our group enjoyed lasagna, seabass, cacio e pepe and milanese - all agreed excellent choices. Acoustics are festive but not so loud you cannot have a great conversation - which we did. Highly recommend.

    Firstly , the food was excellent. Well presented and everything tasted great. Drinks were nice and service was top class , always enquiring if everything was ok. If I had one minor complaint there was no choice of after meals drink. A glass of limoncello would have been nice but it was not available at the west side restaurant. Anyone visiting this restaurant is in for a 5 star treat.

    We had a wonderful, leisurely dinner that exceeded our expectations. The salumi e Formaggi selection was a good start. But the risotto carbonara was the highlight of the meal. Lastly, their wines by the glass were very good. We highly recommend eating here.
