Great restaurant week meal! I’d definitely come back here soon!
Delicious food and attentive service. We will definitely go back.
Great for a business lunch or gat-together with a friend… Pasta and Gavi (white wine) we’re delicious and service outstanding!
Went for restaurant week which was AMAZING!! Would definitely come back again to try the regular menus !
really good place in the Union Square area. Not tryin to be more than what it s. Food is above average, drinks were good and prices were reasonable. Great to know its in the area.
Good food and service
Just too loud. Great food, cocktails and wine but OMG. All reflective surfaces and very large and loud groups. No efforts to maintain a more conversational volume.
Excellent service and food. Our server, Lisa, was incredibly attentive and helpful. We made a same-day reservation and had a prime table in the back for 5 adults and one child. Favorites on the food included branzino and a type of cacio y pepe.
Delicious food and great wine recommendations.
I randomly picked Tarallucci e Vino this week to start the weekend and it was a wonderful pick. The food was delicious and the portion was plenty. The service was good, but certainly could be better. The head waiter was friendly/pleasant, but when he did his fly-by the table, he barely showed us that he had time to really listen. The assistant/busser crew was more attentive and the one passing on our request. Regardless, the restaurant has a really nice vibe and I did enjoy the evening. Hopefully, the head waiter slows down a bit.
a wonderful experience. Food was very good, service outstanding.
Had a yummy lunch.. our handsome charming (Italian) waiter his name escapes me.. ( Ernesto? Or Emilio? was awesome!!) We will return!
Really enjoyed the chicken.
Lovely experience, now understand why this restaurant is always packed & lively. We dined indoors on a 90+F evening & it was quiet & cool. Service was excellent, food delicious. I will return & recommend to others!
The outside by the street seating is set up ver cute with floral decor. The server was really nice and spoke italian so felt like I was exported to Italy. The food was really good. We had the burrata pizza and pesto gnocchi, both were very flavorful. For dessert we had the lemon tart and dark chocolate mouse cake. My favorite was the mouse cake, it wasn’t too rich.
Everything was great - so happy to find this solid spot. Actually one of the better meals I’ve had recently, and we eat out a lot.
Nothing bad to say about this place. Charming service, good food at reasonable prices. Happy hour special Negroni Spritz was addictive! Salmon was crispy-skinned but medium rare as requested. Gnocchi were also very good. Outdoor dining is set-up nicely and the bar is open.
We planned to dine outside, but the evening was chilly and they no longer had the heat lamps. We decided to dine indoors and the restaurant was not full so you could easily social distance. The menu is interesting and there is something to appeal to anyone. We shared a flatbread of mushrooms and gorgonzola cheese and it was outstanding. We both ordered the salmon which was perfectly cooked as we both prefer medium-rare. The sides of farro, spinach, and cauliflower were a perfect accompaniment to the fish. Our server was welcoming, pleasant and friendly. It was a delicious dinner and we were so pleased with our choice of restaurants. It is such a treat to be able to go out and enjoy a meal in an excellent restaurant.
They have several outdoor seating and nice indoor space. The food are good but a little bit on heavy side. The service is good too except they don't tell you when there is a happy hour going on. You will have to ask them yourself or go to their website to find the menu. It kind of defeats the purpose of Happy Hour. Overall, not bad but they really should be more up front about what's available.
Always a wonderful place for dinner. We sat outside - tables were placed apart. Food and service were impeccable. We love this place. Our server was most attentive. Arrived early in time for Happy Hour. Reduced price drinks and appetizers
this is my go to restaurant, benthere numerous times.
So pleased they are once again serving at their 18th Street location. Enjoyed a Mother's Day Brunch. Everything was delicious and the staff was very professional and friendly.
Wonderful brunch with friends.
My son and I went for a late dinner at 9pm and sat outside. The server was very attentive and could tell we wanted to enjoy dinner but not sit and hang out too long, and he moved everything along at the perfect pace. The food was wonderful as always, and with service like this, I don't know why this place isn't packed all the time.
Underrated to say the least. A neighborhood gem.
I love this wine bar - it was the perfect spot for a glass of wine and appetizer before we headed out to dinner.
great food, ambiance and service. 1000% recommend :)
Excellent service, excellent foos
This review is actually for the E 28th Street/NoMad location (somehow showed up as Union Square on OpenTable). Adriana is a great hostess and if I had a choice for my Last Supper it would be the tortellini with truffle
Greeted enthusiastically, making us feel SEEN, important, welcome. Very good food, beautifully presented, with intelligent suggestions & very good service throughout the entire evening. Good value for the price - really felt like a trattoria in Italy! Were it not for the contract tracing sign in & temperature checks! We’ll all be back!
We had a great late Saturday breakfast! The service could not have been better. Wonderful friendly atmosphere accompanied by great fresh food selections.
Great restaurant. Highly recommended. Nice outdoor setup.
Vintage trailer dining was an outstanding small birthday dinner experience
Food was very good and our server was excellent. Ambience was OK due to the fact that it was outdoor dining. I thought the prices were a little high for the portions, but only by a few dollars per dish.
Always enjoyable, perfectly plated portions and always delicious. We sat inside and they observed all the precautions and protocols for Covid. A great neighborhood food spot.
The venue was very nice and lovely. Chill kinda vibe but still elegant and receptive. Social distancing was great. The food was wonderfully made and the portions were perfect. Noise level was good vibe was great and the workers were very pleasant and welcoming. Congrats to Lisa on her great customer service to end a great night. Definitely will be going again. 😊
We came here on Valentines Day with a price fix menu. 3/6 of the total items on the menu were no longer available. The service was also way too fast.
Very good but ran out of everything on the valentines menu and offered substitutes.
Valentine’s Day pre fixe dinner was not up to par. Many menu items were unavailable, food was mediocre/decent at best (despite good reviews). Not memorable apart from staff arguing from afar because one of the servers brought a table the wrong bottle. I will say the dessert was good, but all and all, wish I would have picked a different place.
Outdoor seating, very close to neighboring table (no partition between separate parties). The area heaters do a decent job (mid February), especially when they manage to get them to work. The decor and lighting was simple... just enough for well lit romancing and hand holding. I took advantage of the prefixed menu, and the servers kept giving the food I ordered to the table 20inches from me. (Some places ask before handing out plates) But atleast they got the dessert right!
All in all, its a nice place. Dress for the weather. And keep an eagle eye out for the grub!
