Had a wonderful meal here. Attentive and responsive staff, and amazing food. The gnocchi was incredible.
Lovely. Our waiter was very knowledgeable, and his suggestions for wines to pair with our entrees (which were delicious)were spot on. We will definitely return.
Food was ok. But!!!!! Everything else was just awful! Platter for six w meats and cheeses?? Three pieces of cheese three small pieces of bread and a pile of lunch meat?? Service was terrible. Bad but had to be said!
I went to this restaurant earlier this week and was super excited to finally go because I wanted to go for some time. Sadly, I don't think I'll be coming back because the whole time the waiter was rushing us. The minute I sat down he asked me what drink I wanted besides water. I had just picked up the drink menu and I answered him by saying, "I've just picked up the menu". After this, he was consistently rushing us which made my party feel super uncomfortable since it was a Tuesday and the restaurant had many empty tables. In addition to this our food was way too salty and just ok. Needless to say, I don't think I'll be coming back.
Nice to sit outdoors on a late summer evening. Really beautiful inside as well. Abbreviated menu; good food. Nice that there were choices for vegetarian diners. Good selection of cheeses and cured meats served on a plank. Our server was very pleasant and quick to resolve a problem when one of our party received the wrong thing. There were about 5 whites and 5 reds available by the glass which was great when not everyone wants to share a bottle or bottles of wine.
Horrible service wouldn’t recommend
8:30pm Saturday night, we chose the dining room over outdoor seating and had the room to ourselves. We both ordered a glass of red wine, Monica de Sardena & Aglianico. Bread & olive oil were good. We shared a Rucola salad and although the menu listed walnuts, our server said this salad did not include them. Polipo, charred octopus with potatoes, tomatoes and celery (menu listed green beans not celery). Lasagna was served in small cast iron pan. We finished with tiramisu. Both food & service were good but nothing memorable.
Restaurant was hot. No A/C. Server was not knowledgable. Disappointed all around.
Food was terrible and no questions or offer to make anything right. Had to wave someone over several times and only three or four tables in the whole place.
Portions very small and really expensive.
Octopus dish featured one small piece of octopus with lots of potatoes. Flavorful but nothing to make a second trip for. The two people at our table who had steak liked the steak although it was covered with tons of greens. Nothing special.
fresh meatballs. portions small so essential to order multiple dishes
The food was good. The service was okay. The sauce with of entree’s wasn’t brought out with the dish and we had to ask for it. Also one of the deserts had something missing that we once again had to ask to be brought. It’s not a bad place but was not wowed either.
Had a great time at Tarallucci e Vino NoMad. For one thing, we showed up almost an hour early for our dinner but were seated promptly nevertheless. Our waiter was very nice and would check up on us throughout the evening without being invasive. We never felt like we couldn’t get something that we needed.
The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered off the restaurant week dinner menu and were delighted by everything we tried. The caprese, the meatballs, the ragu and the shrimp ravioli were all fantastic. And the dessert! I should have ordered a few more panna cottas.
I was there to celebrate my friend’s birthday and the only thing I wish could’ve been done was a candle in the dessert. But this is a small overlook and I was able to sing happy birthday to my friend over the small votive candle that was lit on our table. Would definitely return!
The food was reasonably priced for the quality received. The dining area was understaffed or poorly staffed; therefore, service was extremely slow
Is a fantastic place for dinner! Good service and exquisite food. Special per families! Congratulations!
Great food, wine and service. The Prix Fixe made it even better. No complaints.
Absolutely memorable dining experience, something I have longed for in NYC for quite a while. The service was sincere and detailed oriented. We had an infant and needed a more spacious table with high chair etc, everything that we need was provided for without the need for us to ask, the waiter was extremely considerate and showed tremendous hospitality. The food, esp the almond croissant, is phenomenal, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to dine. Two thumbs up to this place and would def come back and visit again. Thank you for a memorable meal.
Superb cuisine. Attentive friendly and knowledgeable staff. Intimate dining at it's best.
This is my favorite location. Excellent food, wine, and service as always. Great for lunch, too!
Food was great...just felt a little rushed.
I cannot say enough great things; wonderful restaurant
Food was mediocre. Service marginal as well. Not impressed
Food, service all excellent. Very loud- hard to hear dinner mates and waiter.
Management and wait staff all seemed new.
We wanted to have happy hour wine and then a light dinner. My husband was not told that the red wine he ordered (pinot noir) was not part of happy hour and thus had to pay $16 per glass for a small pouring of average red wine. I had a delicious glass of white wine at the happy hour price of $7 per glass. The friendly waiter could have mentioned that the plain red he thought he ordered was not included in happy hour. That was the start to our evening!
Loved the place, the service, the food. Just a little too loud.
Host was extremely rude and gave away our table even though we were well within the 15 minute grace period. Claimed the restaurant policy was always “first come, first served” and that the reservations were not honored. Very disappointed, would not return to this specific location again and can not recommend.
Wonderful food and excellent service..will definitely be returning!
We had an amazing time celebrating my birthday. I made a reservation for 12 and unfortunately had to change it to 10 at the last minute, and the staff was more than accommodating. The restaurant was also willing to seat us right away even though the first few guests showed up 30 min in advance of the reservation (the last guest arrived 15 minutes after my reservation time). The food was delicious (although the portion sizes were a bit on the small side), and the wine was also very good for the price. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant. Thank you for a wonderful time!
Nice modern Italian food in modern setting. Appetizers excellent.
Great space, great service, great wine list. Will definitely be back!
To be honest the restaurant wasn't super busy on Saturday but it was filling up by the time we left. The food is amazing and it's a great value for brunch. It's a hidden gem.
The table kept enthusing how this was a gem of a find! Some of those present had eaten at the brand's other locations in the city and it was decided this was the best. The staff was lovely and super accommodating (we had a birthday and wanted a few special touches) and the food was delicious (including the gluten-free pasta!).
The tagliatelle with simple tomato sauce was good as well as an octopus appetizer. The night special past, spagetti al vongole, was cold, the clam shells were empty and there were about 6 in the dish. Service was poor, as we had to ask for the bread/oil, which is served to all; we were not asked how was the food until the check arrived and therefore could not ask for warmer and better served pasta... The price is high for what you get.
Attractive places, friendly servers, good food. Hard to judge when you have brunch but there are lots of options.
Restaurant was quiet for lunchtime yet service was VERY slow. My app came out with my guests entree. Just didn't feel like a priority here at all and as I said, the restaurant was not crowded at all. There were 3-4 tables seated during the time we were here.
The prix fixe menu is great. And service was efficient enough that we were out in our lunch break but relaxed enough we were not rushed.
