Food for me was below expectations. I had the tagiatelle shrimp pasta and it was not yummie. My mate had the ravioli which was ok but overall starters plus secondi was very basic
Great place!!!! Very nice staff. Excellent food.
My party entered the restaurant first as I was holding the door for them. The hostess, not seeing me, mocked my last name by saying it in an ethnic way. We were not amused. While the food was good, we would not revisit this place.
Maybe. Friendly environment and I will try it again. I ordered the lasagna and should have sent it back, as it was room temperature. My friend ordered a chicken dish which was very good and the right temperature / not pre-made. They forgot to bring second cocktail, but apologized for the mistake. The vibe in there was good and overall, the service was good and they were attentive / even when they forgot. Would go back if I'm in the area to give it another shot.
We had a last minute business lunch there. People were very friendly, service was good, and food better then we would have expected. A great addition to the neighborhood. Nice small but well focused wine list.
The hostess and service were excellent - Bravo! The setting trendy modern and pleasing. I’d almost go back just for those factors....
Unfortunate the kitchen did not deliver tasty food excellently prepared. And the price was equal to or higher than several other nearby restaurants where we’ve had excellent meals and experiences.
I loved everything from the happy hour drink (and super bartender) to the ambiance, the service and most of all the food! I had the Farro antipasti, and with the crostini, was generous enough for a whole meal.
The service was simply amazing: The manager was an expert: professional, filled with positive energy and when one of our side plates was not what we expected she quickly just credited us. Our evening was wonderful and the wait staff was friendly, efficient and attentive. Absolutely would recommend.
We ate lightly that night but enjoyed our small plates and lovely desserts.
Conflicting vibes in this restaurant..... looks like high end, plays weird throw back music, food is good- but not special. The happy hour crowd is a mixed bag.
Great food but under par service. Starter did not come. Bill came while we were still having our wine and plates were on the table. No offer of dessert also.
the food was delicious but i did notice the seats and tables were very close to each other and i could hear my neighbors full conversation and it was a bit annoying .
Very slow service, food wasn’t fully cooked and entrees did not come out at the same time.
Very enjoyable. Food and wine were great. Seated our table of five right away. Restaurant Week menu was an excellent value! Convenient location.
Really enjoyed this place. Everything we ordered was yummy. Pasta dishes were outstanding. Great service. Fun night
Delicious branzino and duck ragu. A hidden gem. Not sure why others haven't discovered it, but it's a great option if you need a day of reservation!!
Thank you so much!
A wonderful place for dinner; the service was excellent and food very good
The staff the hostess, waiter everyone was so accomodating and friendly. Great find! Will go back again!
Great Italian. Good value
I like this place. I want to like it more, but it 'misses' on pasta. It's wayyy too saucy and you can't taste the pasta through that gunk. I always have to ask to reduce it dramatically.
The food is absolutely delicious with an incredibly kind host and server.
My team and I will definitely be back for lunch in the future.
The food was good but the waitress spilled tomato sauce on my fiancé. She offered us some club soda to clean it up but she didn’t seem too concerned about the spill. We now have to take
Great food, great drinks, great service!
We waited for 30 minutes for our table. We were missing one person, but were assured we would still be seated within 5 minutes. We had to ask for water and for our order to be taken. The food came out ice cold.
Good food and service, varied menu, reasonably good value.
Good quality food. Ambiance ok. Service really good but it was Monday night. Expected NYC prices..
Great food. Service average.
Food is very tasty although portions are on the small side given the price and level of service. I found our waiter to be inattentive and rushed. I live in the neighborhood and would return back, but I wouldn’t say it’s a top pick given the level of service and wouldn’t recommend to friends outside of my neighborhood.
Delicious food! Small portions however. Staff were wonderful.
Very loud for dinner.
Pastas are amazing
Red wine which was not great was $ 80.00, food and service also mediocre.
From the start the hostess was extremely, warm, welcoming and accommodating; great atmosphere, fun music playing and food was good. The risotto was the only dish that seemed slightly off by a heavy hand of balsamic vinegar overpowering the dish. It would have been perfect otherwise. A minor detail compared to the entire experience. Cocktails, bread and deserts were good too...good value, service and food!
Had a wonderful meal here. Attentive and responsive staff, and amazing food. The gnocchi was incredible.
Lovely. Our waiter was very knowledgeable, and his suggestions for wines to pair with our entrees (which were delicious)were spot on. We will definitely return.
Food was ok. But!!!!! Everything else was just awful! Platter for six w meats and cheeses?? Three pieces of cheese three small pieces of bread and a pile of lunch meat?? Service was terrible. Bad but had to be said!
I went to this restaurant earlier this week and was super excited to finally go because I wanted to go for some time. Sadly, I don't think I'll be coming back because the whole time the waiter was rushing us. The minute I sat down he asked me what drink I wanted besides water. I had just picked up the drink menu and I answered him by saying, "I've just picked up the menu". After this, he was consistently rushing us which made my party feel super uncomfortable since it was a Tuesday and the restaurant had many empty tables. In addition to this our food was way too salty and just ok. Needless to say, I don't think I'll be coming back.
Nice to sit outdoors on a late summer evening. Really beautiful inside as well. Abbreviated menu; good food. Nice that there were choices for vegetarian diners. Good selection of cheeses and cured meats served on a plank. Our server was very pleasant and quick to resolve a problem when one of our party received the wrong thing. There were about 5 whites and 5 reds available by the glass which was great when not everyone wants to share a bottle or bottles of wine.
Horrible service wouldn’t recommend
8:30pm Saturday night, we chose the dining room over outdoor seating and had the room to ourselves. We both ordered a glass of red wine, Monica de Sardena & Aglianico. Bread & olive oil were good. We shared a Rucola salad and although the menu listed walnuts, our server said this salad did not include them. Polipo, charred octopus with potatoes, tomatoes and celery (menu listed green beans not celery). Lasagna was served in small cast iron pan. We finished with tiramisu. Both food & service were good but nothing memorable.
