Taqueria is the best Mexican restaurant in Manayunk!
Great food and drink. Nice atmosphere too.
Our waitress was amazing, the food was amazing. I would definitely go back again very soon.
I have been to Taqueria Feliz before and the food is very good and me and my friend had a great time but the people sitting next to us where a little loud. And the service was good and I will be back again soon
Everything was perfect. Food was delicious the atmosphere was good. No complaints.
So-so Mexi in a fast paced environment
Fantastic dinner at TF. Awesome food, tremendous service!
Consistent and delicious
This is our go to spot on Main Street in Manayunk. They take great care of us. Don’t miss Burrito Monday!
Good tacos and cute decor! Would visit again with friends.
Great! I love this place. The food is always good.
My son chose this place to celebrate his birthday because of the great reviews. We were not disappointed one bit. Service was phenomenal and the drinks, food and desert were superb! Great vegan options too! My vegetarian enchiladas were amazing. He will be coming back with his girlfriend and we’ll have to come back the next time we return to Philly!
Great food and drink selection. Perfect place to split lots of yummy dishes and get a pitcher of Margaritas.
Great food, was surprised at the charge for chips and salsa but overall a great experience
The service and good were outstanding, I can't wait to go back.
Never had a bad meal here! Service is fast not matter how crowded, too.
Great food good prices
Kale salad is fantastic! I would highly recommend it!
Great food, great service, coming back again
Good spot for happy hour!
Awesome food and atmosphere. Had a great time with friends!
Always a great experience!!
Food was great and restaurant itself was awesome. We ordered nachos and chips with salsa for apps and our nachos didn't come out until our food did which was disappointing. The only remorse shown was telling us we could have boxes to take the nachos home in if we didn't eat them..?
Everything was great, although it is very very noisy. They should do something for sound control.
Went back a second night. Terrific. Servers both nights were great. Sangria yummy. Steak tacos and cauliflower tacos were tasty. Portions moderate to large. Nachos were my fav. Lover the pickled jalapeños and the bit of reddish and the sliced poblano peppers
The food was awesome! Portions were spot on... big enough that you’ll probably take some home. I thought the prices were reasonable and fair. And everything we tried we loved. Will definitely come back.
I have to say this was the most disappointing meal I've ever had at Taqueria. It's usually my favorite place and I was very excited to bring a friend for lunch for the first time. Starting out, the ice tea is horrible. I don't where it comes from but I couldn't drink it. We did the lunch special which would have been an incredible meal and price but for the food that came out. The salad my friend ordered was rather large but the romaine lettuce was very brown. I could not believe they actually plated it. We both ordered the fried fish tacos; which are my regular order every time I eat here or grub hub. They were SOO overdone it was crazy! The tempura batter should be fluffy and crispy but instead it was heavy and almost inedible and incredibly hard. Really disappointed in the meal overall. Server was sweet, she's a regular face there and always very attentive. Much different dining experience than what I'm used to here at Taqueria.
One of my favorite spots in Manayunk. Great food. Friendly staff. I do recommend making a reservation for dinner though. Its a small space and gets busy, especially after 6pm.
We love Taqueria Feliz! Tried the queso fondito with the chorizo and was completely blown away. It was amazing! Got the fajitas this go and the steak was a bit over cooked. We’ll ask for medium next time.
I was sat at a uncleaned table from the previous customers and the waiter that was cleaning the table had an attitude and sprayed cleaning sprayed solution on the table and on my face as well. Yes very delightful. Good thing he was just cleaning the table and a nice lady was my waitress for the rest of the night. Although that happened the food was good and the area is refreshingly modern with a hint of every culture. The restaurant is in a nice location within Manayunk Strip where you can shop, bar hop, or binge eat. Will i recommend, absolutely.
Great food at good prices! Cool atmosphere and awesome service!
Birthday dinner. Food was ok. Noise level was crazy for a Tuesday night. My husband and I had to scream at each other to have a conversation. (Bad acoustics)
Good drinks and tacos, extremely noisy and the nachos were cold:(
06/08/19: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm - Was on a first date. Had a solid time. Sat outside. Was a little noisy and windy, but not the restaurant's fault. Main course came out a little too quick after appetizer was brought out-would have liked a little more time/break in between, but not a huge deal. Ordered a mixed drink (Whiskey Sour) was pretty watered down and had more sour mix then actual Whiskey in the glass. Oh well... other than that, it was good overall. Had visited sister location in Fort Washington a few times before-Manayunk location didn't "wow" me, but I'd definitely come back again!
I've been here many times, so I think I've figured out the best way to enjoy it. Come for happy hour - best deal. Get a bunch of food that you can share. If possible, sit outside - it is so noisy inside! It's good energy, don't get me wrong - but you end up screaming at your tablemates to have any semblance of a conversation. What to order: fish tacos (fried), chicken skin tacos (I know, might sound gross, but they are awesome.) A good standard margarita - I tried something fancier before, just wasn't worth it.
Our service was excellent. Crowded Saturday night on main st. and waitress was pleasant and responsive
Friday May 31st was mine and my daughters firs time at Taqueria Feliz. We both loved it! The atmosphere was great, loved the plants and pictures and how colorful everything was. It was a really nice night and the doors which opened up to the sidewalk, were open. The music and individual conversations made the place feel very lively but not noisy, almost like being at members only party :). And the drinks were excellent, not watered down. My Margarita tasted like a Margarita. And the the food was equally excellent. I had the Fish Taco's. We will definitely be back!!
Short answer: It started as an absolute disaster and ended better. We had reservations and requested an outside table. We needed outside because we had a dog with us. I called the restaurant in advance to let them know. When we arrived there were tables for two available, but we had 3 adults and they would not let us add a chair. So, we had to wait for one of two tables where people had finished eating but would not leave. Nearly one hour later, we were given a table just in time for a downpour. So, we needed to move inside, but the dog couldn’t be inside the restaurant. So, my daughter took the dog home and we waited another 40 mins for a table inside. All in all, a complete disaster on the front end. After being seated, the manager comped us drinks and an appetizer. In addition, our waitress was very good. One big problem inside: it is so loud you cannot speak to a person right next to you. I give it a low grade overall, but an effort was made to try to make up for their failings.
This is our favorite fun mexican go to! Happy hour is the best! Drinks are delicious and the food is amazing. Its noisy and can get crowded but that adds to the fun!
