Ordered the risotto which turned out to be plain rice and chicken curry, even the waiter said it looks like plain rice and said sorry

Had a group of 7 guests. No greeting by any staff member, found and seated ourselves to a table we booked. One meal was completely wrong and another meal came out as everyone else was finishing eating. No one checked on our meals or acknowledged us when we left.

I love the selection of beers and the help I received from the staff on which beers to try. I felt the food was a little on the dear side for pub style food but the ambience was great and everybody in my group had a great night.

It was Valentine's night so maybe they weren't used to being so busy, but we booked a table and still had to wait a while to be seated. We ordered 6 small bite plates and only received 5 as they forgot about the 6th plate and it took a long time to come. When they arrived the food was nice but dry and the duck spring rolls were that yucky we didn't eat them. There were 3 toilets to use, one of them being a disabled toilet....and the toilet seats were missing on the other two toilets so I had to use the disabled toilet being a female. Such a shame as I expected a really nice experience

Overpriced pub food, actually I've had better pub food than that. Our local club offers steak chips and salad for $12.95, I paid $24.00. Parmy was the saddest I've ever seen.

I wouldn't recommend it not because it was completely bad but there are a lot better places by far.

Yes i would recommend Tapworks, ..... the service was great, but i would recommend that they don't order steaks, two of us ordered med well and we both got med rare, returned to kitchen to get steaks cooked as ordered, one came back very well done and the other was still almost rare and the mushroom sauce was just watery lumpy gravy. We will be back again but will choose wisely when ordering food this time.
