   Me and family and friends always enjoy eating at taps, the food is great , the waygu slides are our favourite and I love the aesthetic of the place.

   We had a really amazing time here. Service staff was absolutely amazing, answered all our questions and made sure to check in regularly. Made good recommendations and food was brought out very quickly and fresh. Definitely will be back. The vibe here is absolutely amazing.

   great place for my best friend and me to catch up. The food is always excellent—exactly what you expect or even better. I’ve come here time and again for different occasions: meet-ups, birthdays, date nights, and more. The food is consistently delicious and great value, with amazing coffee and phenomenal cocktails. The tequila menu is also impressive, especially for those who are particular. The only downside was our server interrupting every five minutes to ask if she could refill our water. While the attentiveness is appreciated, the constant interruptions—especially just to top off a half-filled glass—disrupted our conversation. A more seamless approach would have been nicer.

   They seated nine of us in a cramped space and took a long time to take our orders. They gave my daughter the wrong dish, and after she had already started eating it, they took it from her and gave it to her grandpa instead. I expected them to prepare a new one, but apparently, they think it's acceptable to serve food that someone has already started eating. The place was overpriced, noisy, and uncomfortable. Overall, a disappointing experience.

   Hi Wayne. Thank you for taking the time to review your experience. I was shocked to read this when every indication given at the time suggested you were happy with your visit. We accommodated your two separate reservations into one table, something we cannot guarantee especially on a Saturday night, and provided you with extra seats when you told us more guests would be arriving, which is also why your order was delayed. Regarding the order confusion, the dish in question was supposed to be split according to your server, and was unfortunately not when it was delivered.    Food is always awesome and plentiful. Very upbeat ambiance. Brought out of towers with us and they said we have great taste in restaurants!

   I understand that the restaurant is busy, but the servers shouldn’t be taking plates and glasses off the table until the guest is actually done. Never felt so rushed at a restaurant before.

Sometimes we can get a bit ahead of ourselves trying to balance excellent service with our 2-hour seating limit, but it should never make the guest feel rushed.     My family dined at Taps for my dads birthday and we had an amazing experience! The blackened chicken is SO good and I would highly recommend this dish 10/10! The chimichurri steak sandwich is also delicious for all my steak lovers. Even though there was some confusion with my dads dinner the server Brett and manager Vasco took real good care of us and made sure we left the restaurant happy. It was in his best interest to keep coming back atleast 6 times to ensure my dad was happy with the service and his dinner. My dad ordered fish and chips which did not come out quick or good so they took the dish back and offered anything else on the menu compensated for so my dad ordered the steak sandwich instead. Vasco still felt bad and he was persistent to ensure my dad was happy so he ended up taking his dinner off the bill and offered a $50 gift card to ensure he comes back and also another dinner to take home so they gave us a blackened chicken, brought out two deserts, the cheesecake and tiramisu on the house and made sure we were happy! For them it's not about the money lost but a happy customer! Now this is what I call customer service - you don't find this anywhere in Toronto at all these high end restaurants so we were really impressed and I always come here and will definitely be back! Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality :)
