   Took my dad and husband here for their birthdays and had a great celebration. My dad has a wheelchair and they reserved a table with easy access for him. Our server was excellent. Food quality was very good and portions were large. Good selection for kids meals and our 9 year old really loved the salmon. Plan to come again.

   The Brunch food never disappoints at TAPs. This is my second time having it and I was thoroughly impressed by the variety of foods available. Unfortunately, this time our server wasn’t attentive and didn’t get any of our drink orders correct. Nor did they come back to fix our drinks when they had said they would do so. It seemed like she was avoiding the table because of our requests so the drinks were disappointing. The lady that was collecting the dishes was way more attentive and friendly and refilled our waters, which I very much appreciate. Noise levels were high as well, as expected in a large restaurant. Just wish I didn’t have to yell to my friends in front of me for them to hear me. Other than that I enjoyed the brunch and food options.

   Great selection of many different foods to enjoy, something for everyone. You won't be able to try everything. Egg, taco, and pasta bars plus a craving station with several meats. Many seafood selections. The bartender was able to make a Ramos Gin Fizz, a very rare and complicated drink, which shows his/her expertise. Indoor and exterior seating available. Be sure to make a reservation. Free parking available within easy walking distance.

   Everything was fine until we were forced to leave. I understand they have time limits however no one was waiting for a two person table. It would not have been so bad had if they had not been so rude about it. Removing plates as we were eating and taking away our champagne glasses. Wow changing $59.00 person and rushing you out, the kicker no one was waiting for a table. This will be our last visit.

   No table cloths anymore, loud music, straw wrappers on the floor at several tables…not the restaurant I remember - but still reasonably expensive. The food was still good.

   The whole meal was very good except I had the swordfish and there was some type of tapenade on it. It tasted bad and it spoiled my whole dinner and I told my waiter and he just said that’s what it was. I was there for a birthday for my daughter she had soup and salad. My son-in-law had the Seabass. Everything was delicious nine out of the same things we had but I think when I had should’ve been taken care of.

    Always enjoy celebrating at TAPS. Would've gave 5 stars, except for hostess ignoring us, after saying it'll be a few minutes, while she had her back to us, while she cashed out her shift. We had a 4:30pm reservation and we're only diners there. Five other servers standing around talking until one saw us looking upset and finally walked over to assist. They need some restraining in this area.

    Our server was not even busy but she was absolutely not properly managing our table. The cook himself had to bring us the entrees, wearing his dirty chef jacket, because they were sitting for too long in the kitchen. Thank you to the cook for taking responsibility and action. The table wasn't cleared so we had to ourselves take care of it when the entres came to our table. For the first course we requested some sharing plates because each wanted to try our selections, dirty plates were handed to me with grease and chopped herbs residue on them l

    Went for Mother’s Day brunch. We were seated timely and our servers were attentive and very helpful. The buffet was always fully stocked with fresh food and delicious desserts. Overall a very good Mother’s Day experience.

    This is one of our favs! Always great food, beer, cocktails, bread and omg the oysters! Service seems to struggle a little when sitting outside. Wish they added one more server to ensure best service. Other than that it’s amazing.

    Brandon was our sever he did a great job. We did not receive bread upon our arrival to our table. Other than that his service was excellent! I thought the back round music playing was too loud

    When we arrived we decided to forgo our reservation to sit in the bar for happy hour. We waited almost 20 minutes and when I flagged a female server for assistance she responded with "your server isn't here yet or week be a few more minutes " then walked away.. not even giving us water but serving everyone around us. When our server finally showed up 25 minutes after waiting he was super nice and accommodating. However when we got our appetizers I ate a peice of spicy tuna roll that was bad. I realized all the tuna peices were brown in color but fresh at all and may have been sitting for a while. I was not okay eating after that and just took everything else to go. Our waiter was nice enough to take the tuna roll off of our bill. I really expected more from Taps in regard to service and food. The 1st female server and bad tuna roll pretty much makes me not want to return. But I appreciates our make server once he was on. He was friendly and attentive. He has nothing to do with the low ratings.

    Great atmospehre for both fine dining and watching a gem int he bar. Food is really good but is limited on choices outside of fish...and being a "brewery", they dont have any other beers if you have specific preferences. Overall, still a excellent place to go for business or pleasure or holiday.

    Absolutely disappointed! Horrible service, we had our birthday party of 6 and we had to sit in the bar, the dining room was closed! We made reservation for 7p, seated shortly after and at 745-- still had not received our drinks! At 8:40 waiter ran by to say last call- we were still eating. Bartender was closing shop, putting up chairs etc. I was embarrassed to my friends that I suggested this place for dinner. Food was fine, but the experience was AWFUL. I am on hold right now, trying to call Taps- on hold now for 9min and still cannot get a live person to answer the phone. I have eaten here several times in the past-- and never had a bad experience. Will NOT return. Tell a friend. Still on hold BTW

    We had a problem with everything being over salted, the stuffed mushrooms, the sauce for the Chilean Sea Bass and the Steak. It was my BD, and I wished we had gone someplace else.

    I’ve always been a plan of Taps but I was pleasantly surprised that it seemed so much better ! The sauces we had were amazing . I even asked the manger have the menu changed ? The chefs are spot on and Cole made a great waiter

    Restaurant was less then half capacity and appetizer took 40 minutes. Fish and chips were good. Lobster roll lacks depth. Servers helper pushed alcohol on my nieces. Wouldn’t even let them finish making their mind up before she ticks them they “did” want another drink and walked away.

    This was not my first time visiting Taps for their Sunday Brunch. Although I would say it was my least favorite visit. The hot food buffet, the food wasn't hot. I love seafood, that was what I expected. Just disappointed in the hot food items.

    Overall an OK experience. First thing I noticed was that our server was somewhat rude. I forgot his name, but he had a pushy attitude and was disrespectful to my family in the way that he slammed plates on our table and took our food to clean without asking if we were finished first. Food wise, I ordered the Atlantic Salmon. The flavor was decent, but the fish was somewhat dry. I would say that the $27 price tag was definitely not worth it. The dessert was pretty good though. The butter cake and the creme brulee had good flavors. Overall, had an OK experience. Would rather go elsewhere with the pricing and quality of the food.

    Made my reservation online and mentioned three things: celebrating my anniversary, where I wanted to be sat, and a booth preference since I am 8 months pregnant. They sat us in the bar, at a table, and never mentioned or brought us anything for our anniversary. I had to ask for a booth (lots were open) because it’s so uncomfortable for me to sit in a chair that long and just overall wasn’t impressed with the lack of customer service. Being sat in the bar felt very informal especially for a special occasion. Disappointing.
