We sat outside in a small greenhouse due to Covid, but they had a small heater in there and it was nice. The food and service was really good too. Would love to go back and see the inside.

The variety of drinks was above average. Differ to flavors for dinner want moods. The food was phenomenal

Didnt save reservations for the bachelorette gathering when we even called to confirm after we did it on the open table app days prior to the reservation. Made our other 5 people stand out in the cold and they said a table would open in 5 min.. 35 minutes later still nothing. Unacceptable.

Reason we went there was to do some flights and see what we may want to buy. No flights being sold due to lack of glasses. Every place we went to had no issues.

My husband had theirs tacos and I had their pizza. Both were delicious. They have good drinks as well. We went 2 days in a row, one just for drinks but we liked it so much we came back the next day to try the food.

One of our first dining out experiences since COVID. Thanks for making it perfect. We reserved a "bubble", which felt very private and cozy. Our server Emily was absolute perfection. She was attentive and seemed really happy to be waiting on us; Thanks again, Emily!

Had a great meal in the outside space. Waitress was fun and put up with our antics. Food was good. We were the last table of the night and were allowed to linger just a bit, it was nice so we didn’t feel rushed.

Terrible food

We have been going to Taproot for a number of years all the way back to their beginnings as Northern Natural by Bubba's. We absolutely LOVE taproot and will be going there for years to come! Very highly recommended!

Love the look and feel of Taproot. Great service and cider! The vanilla bean Madagascar cider...outstanding! We ate off of the restaurant week menu. While the food was not bad, it wasn't great. I feel as if they may have prepared a lot of the restaurant week options and froze them-they just had an off taste. With the exception of the appetizers, the food didn't taste fresh. The appetizers seemed fresh and were yummy! I will certainly go back-just not next restaurant week.

Went with friends for TC Restaurant week. Everything I tried off the menu was really good! The drinks were just okay, but I know Taproot doesn't necessarily specialize in mixed drinks. All of us were satisfied with our meals!

Our waitress was great. Super friendly and attentive. We sat outside in one of the igloos and the experience was super fun. Food and drinks were mediocre at best.

Great experience. We definitely want to go back. The food was excellent. The service was good. Our waitress forgot our place settings and we couldn't get her attention until half way through our appetizer. The food and prices were wonderful.

We have always loved Tap Root. We sat in one of the Igloos. We did notice that one of the small houses was not cleaned in between guests. So we are reluctant to go back during this COVID pandemic.

Traverse City Restaurant Week selections were excellent.
The Chavos cider was excellent

Terrible service - literally stood at the door for 15 mins before we were even acknowledged. Staff couldn’t wait to sweep and stack chairs at 8:00 pm to get us out of there. If you are looking for a nice upscale dinner this is NOT the place!

What can I say about this marvelous place. They had great music choices, the booths are more than comfortable, the servers were incredible and very informed of the food and drinks that were available. Our waitress made an amazing suggestion for drink and I ended up getting two of them they were so delicious! The whole inside of the restaurant is beautiful, and since right now they are not doing live music, it was a more quiet atmosphere, but even when they do have life music it’s amazing none the less. I always suggest this restaurant to new comers, coworkers, and anyone that is looking for delicious food and some great cider.

We happen to stumble on TCRW! The food was amazing. As a vegetarian it can be hard to find anything different. We were really impressed. The staff was great too. Can't wait to go back!
