Tapas Revolution promises to bring authentic Spanish tapas, large sharing plates, sangria & cocktails to the site in the heart of Brighton’s North Street. While the menu stays true to traditional, authentic tapas, the look and concept is reminiscent of airy, modern day Barcelona or Ibiza. Offering an all-day dining experience, our 100 seater venue also features a “Spanish Terraza” for up to 80 people to soak up the summer sun. Our drinks list includes an extensive wine selection blending Spanish favourites with biodynamic / organic producers, including working with local Sussex producers “Kingscote” alongside a premium range of cervezas and cocktails.

Very disappointing as we had high hopes… Food was over cooked and chew Missing items on the menu and beef or a Friday evening. We ended up going to the Mexican around the corner and started again. I have been very generous with the stars I have given..

Unfortunatly we arrived at our booking for 8.30 there was no meet and greet all the tables were dirty and their were glasses every where as I can understand that they had a busy day with little staff it did ruin are night as it was my wives birthday when we heard one of the waiters apologising and giving discounts and free wine to the table next to us we decided to walk.

Poor service and staff who would clearly rather be anywhere else. Arrived and said we had a table booked to be told “yeah just sit wherever” and that was pretty much the tone of service throughout the evening. Food tasted great, but the portions were very very small indeed, 7 padron peppers for example, and that was a theme that continued, much much smaller than other Tapas Revolution restaurants I’ve been to. One dish was missing, we asked for it multiple times, and it eventually arrived once we had finished the rest of our meal. When we asked for it to be sent back, we were looked at like we were dirt before the server rolled her eyes and walked off with a deliberately loud sigh. Definitely one to avoid for me in the future

Food was second rate. Some dishes barely warm. Restaurant was very noisy.

There was terrible drilling in the road outside so could hardly hear the person talk who was with me. Not the restaurants fault but we should have been informed that this work was about to begin - 15mins after sitting down. The service was also rather slow difficult to get the waitresses attention and my prawns were very dry. Wanted to drink rose but out of 4 bottles - only the most expensive at £34 was available, so was forced to order that. Overall - a bit disappointing. Just to say I am usually happy at this restaurant and have been a good few times in the past, but this experience certainly did not entice me for a return visit. Hope

Delicious food served by a young water and waitress who were both very nice. Went on Thursday and booked a table for 5.15pm. No problem at all as it wasn’t busy at all. Would highly recommend.
