We read a Zagat article for 14 hottest restaurants around Vegas and were visiting in the Summerlin area. Four of us went to dinner and found the food to be poor. The calamari appetizer was limp and bland. The paella dish had dry chicken and the rice was stuck to the paella pan. The restaurant was empty except for us. Wish we had made another choice.

Agree at neighborhood restaurant that is Strip guality at neighborhood prices. A place to return to frequently for excellent food, wonderful service, pleasant ambiance and fair prices. We will be regulars.

This was the best paella we've ever eaten. Tapas were very good. A bit noisy. Will return when it's cool enough to eat outside.

I thought overall Tapas was pretty good. To the hostess, server, owner, food and environment. My only criticism was that I left still hungry. It was me, my wife and my teenager son. We ordered about 6 tapas plates and a couple drinks (why do they charge refills for lemonade?) The total was about $91. That's a little high considering I left still wanting more to eat. Same with my son. Oh well. Now we know.

Food was actually pretty good, but extremely overpriced for the portions your receive. For example, the meatballs were $9 for three and the paella (which I thought would be a large portion) was barely enough for one person as an entree type portion (on their website they advertise it serves four) for $34. Now, if this were the best food I've ever eaten, I'd be okay with it, but I'd say it was only slightly above average. There service was also nothing to brag about with our waiter barely checking in on us throughout the entire dining experience. I wouldn't go back except maybe for a quick snack.

We ordered seveal of the tapas on the menu to get a realistic idea of the quality and flavors. The sweet onion cocas were the best item, followed by the crispy calamari and thew warm olives. The medjool dates were tasty, but they were wrapped in thinly-sliced bacon, not pancetta like the menu stated. The grilled vegetables were good (if you like grilled vegetables. re was a diced potato dish that was truly pointless, and made worse by the huge dollop of garlic aioli. The empanadas were bland; they could have used some piquillo peppers or onions. Incredibly, they do not have cava, which is often enjoyed with tapas. The red sangria was an acceptable, if heavier, substitute. As mentioned, the portions are very small, but a few plates shared by two might be adequate.

The food was delicious, the cocktails were perfect for the menu, and the decor is spot on for a tapas restaurant. The manager, Peter, introduced himself and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. I was wishing there were a few more small plate options. But I trust Stratta's decision to not overpopulate an already tasty selection. Our waiter, Richard, was also awesome. Go and see for yourself!

Four of us had dinner Sunday night. Food is good our waiter was great. The down side potions are TINY and dining room is noisy While the food was good the price you pay for enough tapas to make it a meal makes the experience less tha stellar

Food very good. Rock Shrimp, clams and chorizo, grilled peppers. other, all tops. Ceviche was bland. Smallest tapas portions I have ever experienced made me choke on prices. I'd go back for the food, but they need to rethink portions. Based on that, I would only recommend this place to a friend with a strong caution. I may not return.

Beautiful outdoor patio dining. The tapas were delicious but only 3 to an order. Hard for two couples to try everything.
