Food was terrible. Sorry, there is no other word.
We had an amazing experience and the food was absolutely delicious. Will definitely dine here again in the future when in the area. Enjoyed the entertainment although it may have been just a tad bit too loud. Highly recommend this place!
My wife and I visited for our wedding anniversary and it was definitely the right choice. We had the seafood paella with lobster. It was sooo good!
Food was delicious. Best sangria I’ve every had. Our server was spot on, the level of service you would expect at a fine dining restaurant(Maria was the name in the receipt). I would definitely return.
Our server did the best he could but was obviously overwhelmed due to short staffing as we waited for long periods of time in between our tapas, entrees and dessert. The dessert portion was the most dissapointing in that all 3 that we ordered were unavailable and the server was not aware of this until 15 minutes later when they came with cup cakes instead. I don't blame the servers for poor management but feel that service could have been better especially since you choose to add a 20% gratuity therefore you should guarantee 20% worth of service.
Delicious tapas, paella and don’t forget the churros. The flamenco dance was amazing.
Entertainment was excellent. Tapas were good, but paella was a bit salty.
The paella of chicken and lamb no was good.. No enough rice or lamb. Only chicken.
came here for mother’s day brunch. there was a good selection of food, but the whole family and i felt that the flavor didn’t quite hit the spot.
we’ve been here once before, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. so this time around, it was a bit disappointing..
Terrible terrible! Went there for Mothers day brunch. Food was practically inedible. When I spoke to the manager he said over 100 people had been there and I was the only complaint. Said he would send out hot fresh shrimp and grits and paella. Did send shrimp and grits but no paella. Food was cold. Grits were hard and clumpy. Waffles were hard. Kids pasta was some cold noodles in tomato paste.
Paid 300 dollars for a meal that was barely able to be eaten. Will never go here again.
Todo espectacular. Primera vez q visitamos el Restaurante. La pasamos muy bien!! Todos muy atentos y la comida riquísima.
The food was excellent, but the service was a little slow. The flamenco dancer was a cool treat, but the music got really loud when she came out - I'm not sure what to do about that because the dancing was really fun and I think the music is supposed to be louder when she comes out.... I'd definitely go again.
We went for Mother’s Day brunch. The music was pretty loud but it didn’t bother us and We love the flamenco dancer. Service was great throughout our visit. Our meal was delicious and it was a very enjoyable experience overall.
We had a 10am resv for Mother's Day brunch $42/ad $15/ch
The hostess sat us inside even though we had a resv for outside seating
1) The server mentioned that we had to order the prime rib and pork mojo from the kitchen so we placed the order with him along with drink orders. We had to ask for our drinks 3 times before he finally brought it to us. When we asked for the prime rib and pork, he brushed us off and said he would check on it but he never returned. We were the 2nd family to be seated and yet everyone around us received their prime rib and pork.
2) Most of the food was cold. They were not cold items, more like they forgot to light the burners.
3) the waffles were burnt, charred black on one side. It was served on the buffet and every single one was burnt.
4) The paella (which is what they are supposedly known for) had minuscule seafood. It seemed like rice, peas and a can of tomato soup dumped on it.
5) An hour later, while having dessert, we finally received our meats and the prime rib was raw. It was purplish-red in color. We had asked the server if we could get a medium cooked slice. 15 minutes later, he gave us a slice of meat that looked like it was dipped in hot water then plated. The meat was still purplish-red inside.
6) According to the ad, a Flamenco dancer was scheduled to be there during brunch. The entire time we were there, no dancer. She showed up at 11am.
7) When we asked for the check, the server added $.01 for hot water and gratuity to the bill. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!
We asked to speak with the manager at that point. The manger removed the gratuity and apologized. He didnt really give us an opportunity to say much else. Needless to say, we will not be returning.
We went for mother's day weekend 2021 they offered brunch for $52 a person. The menu seemed ok..
The service was great but honestly the brunch sucked !!! For $52 this was a rip off .
First I would like to talk about the pork and prime rib... both of witch where pre cut and re warmed for the table.. Pork was really odd white color almost like it was boiled and gross not roasted as described.. The prime rib was not cut on request at the buffet but brought out to your table, it has a slime look to it and was very over cooked, both protiens where served on the same plate witch does not mix well, with Prime rib juice all on our pork witch was never roasted as described on the menu...
For anyone with a shrimp allergy this was not your spot, every thing had shrimp in it for a carb but the truffle potatoes, good lucky getting white rice and red beans.
There was no salads or even any veggies offered or even a slice of fruit... it was really lame..
Hard time finding anything my daughter would eat since she is a vegetarian at 7 years old.. chicken fingers and fries, are you kidding me ?? This is $50 a plate..
For a Spanish restaurant it was odd to not see any traditional items most Spanish would like for a brunch !
End of the day save your money and go to the Rosen hotel, much better service they give you your own waiter and the brunch spread is far as you can see !! All fresh and great tasting!! Rosen next year !!!
BY FAR THE WORST BRUNCH IN MYLIFE !!
The food was great! Sangria was awesome and a must! Even the kids got their mac and cheese with fries. Love the dance entertainment. We even got pictures with the dancer. Love this place. Great location, you get to enjoy icon park as well. Will definitely visit again.
Our server Alberto was spot on, very customer service friendly. The restaurant itself is beautiful but they need to add curtained to block that sun. For a good 15 minutes a member of my table had the sun right in there eye while trying to eat. Very disappointed!
As for the food. We had some paella. Half of the pot had under cooked rice. While the lamb chop (we ordered medium rear) was over cooked to well done
Great happy hour!
This was such a cute little place to enjoy some light tapas and a show. The dancer was beautiful and very energetic in her performance. Radiant smile. The service was great and their tapas are flavorful. Can't say I would recommend their seafood paella, even if its a popular dish. Lobster tail & shrimp were waaaaaaay too over cooked.. to the point where we struggled to cut them with our knives. Everything else was enjoyable though.
The service here is terrible. It took an hour for the waiter to bring us water. When the wine came, the glasses were very dirty, “we are very busy and this was the last glass we had, I hope that’s ok” was the reasoning we got from the waiter!! Our appetizer arrived at the end of the meal. Some of the tapas we ordered arrived at the table still frozen after biting into it.
Ambiance: random people walking by , train kept coming by, table was wobbly, table was sticky
This place has the potential to be great, but it’s over priced and the service is absolutely terrible.
The service is the major let down here. The food is good, not great, and the atmosphere is fun and entertaining, but the ability to place an order, refill a drink, or, as in our case, even checkout was quite the challenge.
Watching other tables and the staff interactions, it certainly wasn't just our server that was a one-off. The staff were openly complaining about other servers taking their tables, and how so and so always puts in the orders wrong.
This isn't a case of being understaffed, because there were plenty of people coming in and and out of the kitchen area, so that would lead me to believe it's an issue with management, expectations, and accountability.
Our waiter was so friendly and fun to chat with. The flamenco dancer was outstanding & beautiful to see. The food was ok...the best dish we had was the Spanish tortilla..tasty & light!
The food is not authentic Spanish ( Spain ) food, it lacked in flavor and tasted as if it was heated up multiple times. They burned our food and overall bad experience with the service. The only "good" thing about the place was the entertainment, a flamenco dancer performed 2-3 times the two hours we were there.
Great place , the food and the brunch is amazing.
The flamenco dancers were beautiful, and we have so much fun fo my birthday!
Great good, great environment, great evening
Heard good reviews on this restaurant and had to give it a try. The service was excellent by Alberto (The Dominican). Alberto was amazing really went above and beyond to elaborate on the menu. But it was hard for him to project his voice through his mask and over the music and performance. Food was amazing and a lot of food for the price.
We celebrated my husband’s birthday here with some friends and wish we chose a different restaurant. First, we had to drive 2 hours to get there then got stuck in a 20 minute delay. We called time after time and no answer. Finally we got through and asked that a decent table would be reserved since it was for a birthday and we had to deal with such horrific traffic. The “manager” on the phone confirmed they would.
When we get there the rude hostess basically pointed to a back room where we were supposed to sit. I had to ask multiple times if we were going to be shown to our table. When we complained of the location of the table she said it wasn’t hurt problem under her breath as she walked away. Of course we were sent to a back room that was practically empty. We were concerned we weren’t going to see the stage for the flamenco show. But the manager assured us the dancer walks from room to room.
We start to order food and drinks. We start the order with the seafood paella because we’re told it will take 40mins. But for some odd reason it’s the first dish out a few minutes later. We should’ve known it wasn’t fresh. A type of bacteria grows on rice when it’s been sitting out that makes my husband violently ill, and of course the next day he was dealing with the aftermath. Some of the tapas and drinks were delicious.
Our waiter was the only good thing about our visit. I feel bad I don’t remember his name but he had exceptional service.
The flamenco show was unfortunately a joke. There were two shows, 7pm and 9pm. Overly loud music played on the speakers the first show, then the second show was extremely quiet. The girl, I guess, did her best at flamenco dancing but since I’ve seen real flamenco dancing in Spain I was severely disappointed. The girl awkwardly walked into the empty room we were sat in to kind of stomp and twirl around.
Not worth the drive, not worth the money, complete waste of time.
Very energetic and inviting atmosphere. Food was not what was expected but was OK for the price. The service we had this particular night was horrible. We were immediately met at the table by the waitress with glasses of water then it kind of sort of went down Hill from there. We waited close to 20 minutes after the water to just place the appetizer order where we wound up giving the full order for the night. From there we did not see the waitress until the food came out about another 20 to 25 minutes later. If it wasn’t for everyone else walking by, we would have never gotten any refills or would never have been able to even ask for other drinks. When the night ended and the waitress dropped off the check, we continue to wait another 20 minutes or so until we eventually asked someone else to cash us out. UponBeing cashed out, that is finally when the waitress returned to collect the check as we were standing up and leaving the table. Overall, as someone who eats out 2 to 3 times a week, I do not think I will be returning.
It was a really fun environment to bring your family and friends to for dinner. The food was the best part!
We are locals and try to go to a different place every time we go to dinner. This time we can say we came and won't be back. The food was bland and the entertainment was a hot mess. The chairs in this location are super uncomfortable and not meant to be waiting over 25 mins for your food to come after your tapas. Staff was all over the place. We didnt have the paella and maybe that's what we should have ordered, but nobody at our table felt like eating it. I had the chicken madeira with cold rice (instead of mashed potatoes) and there was probably a tablespoon of madeira sauce on the dish. Which unfortunate because the sauce was so good and the chicken was so dry.
The stake had no flavor ,
Beer warm ,or did not have it,
Wating too long for drinks !!
I love this restaurant and have been here twice. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and the food is great. Also, if you have a chance to witness the belly dancer, or flamenco dancer perform during dinner time, it is a nice treat.
I just have one complaint. The service is not so great. The waiters and hostesses are always pleasant. However, both times the waiters seem to be slow at everything. The first time I did not think much of it. The first time an appetizer I had ordered, came out so late, that I wished I hadn't ordered it because it came right before our entrees.
However, the second time I visited, the waitress was late refilling all our drinks every single time, and my child's food (that was supposed to come out before anyone else's food), actually came way after everyone else's food came out. I thought the lack of service was strange, considering it was early afternoon, and the restaurant did not seem busy at all.
Celebrating my mommy
Live dancing! Very cute!!
Mucha gente,poco distanciamiento entre mesas.
Great food, loved the flamenco dancers!
We chose this restaurant for a surprise birthday. We were seated promptly and the server and host even changed the name on the reservation as to not tip off the birthday girl. The service was great, the food was good, but it was about 10 decibels too loud. We enjoyed the music and dancing but it was sooo loud.
The flamenco timing is misleading. Dancer performs twice anytime between 7-9pm weekdays. Weekends multiple times. We booked it for 830 and my family missed it coz they took 20 min to park in the garage. Fortunately I went inside as I didn't want to miss my reservation. The dancer was beautiful and I wish my family got a chance to see her. I even offered to pay for her time but no sale.
Love !!! Love!! Love!!! Highly recommend! Thank you for making our Easter special!
Terrible food and too long wait. Cocktails came after food arrived.
