We had a fabulous dinner here and the service was the best! All of our food was delicious, and the signature cocktails were awesome. We would highly recommend!
Staff very friendly, helpful, professional.
Food was delicious.
The hotel is beautiful and the ambiance is impeccable. Service was good. Food was good but nothing amazing - no wow factor! The menu is really pretty limited. It’s a great place if you’re visiting Bethlehem for the first time to get the historic, old town charm but I would suggest other restaurants in town for your next visit!
Service was great. Food was amazing. Put on the reservation it was for two birthday guests with a special request. It appeared maybe that was forgotten or not communicated with our server. But she made up for it. Thank you.
The food and atmosphere were excellent!! Thank you for making my husband’s birthday a success!!😎🌴
Great experience! Potstickers were amazing!!!!!!!!
Didn’t have any burgers, BUT had the potstickers and they were great!! Filet was absolutely perfect, and we were very satisfied with dinner and service!
The menu was not the same as the latest online menu. Was looking forward to French Onion soup but that was not available. Wanted a burger but that was sold out. The table behind us was very loud and distracting. May try again in the future but for now I'll wait till the menu improves.
The food was very overpriced for what it was and the atmosphere in the restaurant was non existent.
We ordered the hummus plate - which was completely lackluster. I'm guessing it was hummus from a can at shoprite? with a few wilted veggies on the side.
The meatloaf was good, but not worth $28 and the $41 steaks were NOT good and came with no sides - not even a salad for $41. Why would I pay that amount for no atmosphere? I could go to Edge or Apollo and pay the same if not less and have a better time.
That being said, our waitress was very personable and nice.
Very relaxing atmosphere, clean. Tasty food, good service. I would recommend to friends and family, friendly staff.
4 of us sat at a 10 person table?
Service was fair. Waited a long time for coffee once seated. The table next to us had dirty dishes left from previous patrons for quite sometime. For breakfast food, took quite a long time for food to come out- over 30 min. Mind you it was not crowded when we were there either.
Nice place. Staff was great. The room up the stairs is phenomenal.
The PEI mussels were excellent, as well as the filet mignon (very tender) and the very tasty meat loaf. The Bordeaux wine made a perfect pairing with the meal.
Our waitress, Donna, was very welcoming and attentive to our every need. The service was impeccable.
Overall, a very enjoyable meal in the great ambiance and decor of the Hotel Bethlehem.
Jean-Claude and Mark
Had lunch moth my daughter. It was a nice afternoon.
Excellent food and service in a lovely setting.
As always, the service, food and ambience of the beautiful Hotel Bethlehem were perfect!
Staff was very professional and courteous; All COVID restrictions were strictly followed; food was excellent.
Brunch date- alway good food and great atmosphere!
Fantastic breakfast. Great service. Great food. Clean and spacious dining room overlooking Main Street.
The Hotel Bethlehem is one of my favorite dinings spots. The atmosphere is great and I've never had a bad meal. The wait staff is attentive. I love their cocktail and wine menu. The specials are always so good.
We come regularly and are always pleased with the outstanding service, food, and ambiance.
Follows all COVID rules and service and food very good
It was a great way to celebrate St Patrick's Day. Our server was extremely helpful and the drinks and the food was exceptional. We usually go to the Tap Room on St Patrick's Day.
The quality of food, service and atmosphere is always top notch. Due to Covid19, they are not offering the Sunday Brunch (which in the past has been top notch and worth every penny). Unfortunately, the current menu selection for breakfast/brunch is lacking in variety and excitement. I believe that has more to do with Covid and less with the quality I have come to expect from Hotel Bethlehem. That being said, the location can't be beat. It's still worth the trip.
I enjoy the Tap Room, but the menu is very limited. Luckily on this night they had St. Patrick's day specials. Their special Moravian Manhattan is very enjoyable.
Wonderful setting with a great menu of appetizers and entrees. Outstanding service with a smile.
Delicious food and excellent service! Restaurant was very clear and COVID safety was followed. We can't wait to return!
We dined in the tavern space...a cozy and comfortable setting. Menu offered several choices, however it is not a large menu. ( although this may be due to COVID circumstances). Service was very good. I did have a issue when I ordered salmon more well-done and it arrived close to half-cooked. Once I brought it to their attention, they resolved the matter quickly and took the cost of the entree off our check, which was appreciated.
We also had breakfast there the next morning; their French toast with fresh berries was excellent.
Very limited menu.
Went to celebrate a relative's Ninety Birthday. Called days ahead to reserve a specific table she wanted. Table was not available when we arrived. We waited awhile to be served as well. We noticed tables around us received entrees before we did.
Positive: the waitress did allow us to use a small cake we brought for relative w/candles.
Food was good, maybe kitchen was short staffed which we can understand, but was disappointed with table choice because we called days ahead for it. Taking the time to
call did not make a difference . Had planned to come back end of March for another relative's birthday but not sure yet.
Great food and service. All safety measures well in place!
Lunch was very good. Service was very good.
Well... it’s not the 1st time we have been to Tap Room as a family and we usually really enjoy it, but this time!!! Horrible!!! It started with the server letting us know that the grill wasn’t working and they will be serving the burgers fried?? My daughter and husband said they will still go for it and it was terrible! It took over 35 minutes to get a kid’s cheeseburger (which was like a hockey puck) , one adult cheeseburger medium rare (which was medium to well done) and one cheesesteak sandwich which u can see it sat under the warmer and it was all dry and hard to eat. Even the French fries were overly done and not seasoned.
I told my husband, it will take me some time to give it another try to this place. The bill was close to 100 for a mediocre lunch (better at five guys for 3 times less the cost). Plus they automatically add 20% gratuity which I get it but not when your food is bad and no one really cared as it was visible looking bad. The service was nice tho and they were constantly around for water and coffee. Plus the hotel looks so nice!
Beautiful hotel! Decorated for the holidays. Food was terrific. Will definitely come again.
Wonderful service. Knowledgeable staff Drink specials superb,
The room appears vast - but somehow gave a warm and cozy feeling. Food top notch...
Look forward to returning sometime very soon.....
