Tap and Vine
They allowed a cigar party on the patio where the outdoor dining was going on. The cigar smoke was overwhelming. Also the food was not good. The server was lovely and attentive though.
The Duck was fantastic.
Everything was good. Was there for about an hour eating and drinking. Live music started, ordered another beer and the manager came over, looked at her watch and asked how much longer we were going to be. They needed the table for another reservation. Very rude and not very good customer service. I will not go back because of this.
We went on Sunday for all-you-can-eat crab legs and they were excellent! Each cluster they brought out had a claw and were a good size. The first batch came with potatoes and a corn cob. The cocktails were also very tasty. The dining room was tastefully decorated and the waitstaff all wore mask which made us feel safe.
We went on the day before Valentine’s Day to celebrate, and we were unable to stay and eat because NO ONE was wearing a mask! The manager was walking around without a mask, patrons were walking in with no mask, and we saw the cook leave the kitchen without a mask on! Needless to say, we did not feel safe and left after 3 mins.
Dinner and music at Tap and Vine. Very nice !
This was our second visit and both times, the service was slow. The servers are inexperienced and don't know the menu very well. This time, our server didn't know about any of the draft beers (basics, like if they're light or dark; I asked about porters, stouts and IPAs and had to go to "light" or "dark" and she still didn't know). Some of our sides we're incorrect or forgotten.
The food is good and fire tables are nice, but they're not really set-up for plates and drinks. If you sit outside, I would recommend just having drinks and appetizers.
We have been frequenting this restaurant, I believe we had an inexperienced waitress. The food was very good as usual!
