Great people, very friendly and good food. The Lobster Roll is excellent and the change up in the menu is refreshing. With the patio open is a great atmosphere.

When I made reservations they asked if it was a special occasion. Since it was my birthday, I selected birthday. When I checked in they mentioned that I was celebrating a birthday but that was the last time it was mentioned. I don’t know why they even asked because they didn’t even give me a free dessert.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Unfortunately some of our orders were mismanaged by the kitchen in spite of our server’s careful recording of requirements, food allergies, etc. We appreciated that the bill was adjusted (unasked for) but would rather have had the correct food delivered. We like Bridges and will return but it was not great today.

We all enjoyed our food, which arrived quickly and was fresh. We started with the crispy squid, which was hot and crispy, and cooked perfectly. I had the PB&J burger, which was quite different and delicious. The peanut butter was subtle but noticeable, and the bacon jam added a perfect sweet, umami flavour. My husband had the Fish and Chips, which he said was very good. The fish was everything you’d hope for, hot, crispy, tender and flaky. He really liked the coleslaw on the side, which had a slight horseradish bite. I would definitely come back and try some more of their menu in the future.

Especially when signing off a $200 bill with just my wife and two kids and we didn't have any drinks or desserts, just water. We waited 25 minutes for someone to take our order. When the main course came out almost an hour later all we got was sorry there was a lot of orders put in at the same time. Food was decent. It was chicken burger and fish and chips so not overly complicated. After we ate, kids got restless and went outside to run around 28 minutes later our server finally comes by the table. Not one person to clear dishes or anything. When I mentioned it to the server she looked bother by me even bringing it up. She said I could go get the manager if I wanted in a short and perturbed voice. At this point I felt cut my losses and just never return. To get bad service is one thing, to get made to feel bothered by bringing it up is another level and lack of SERVICE that should be standard in any restaurant. It's kind of sad actually.
