Located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Tap 42 is home to a unique combination of classic and beloved pub foods as well as some new favorites. Favorite dishes include Asian-style coleslaw, oven-baked shrimp mac and cheese, Cajun grilled grouper and the avocado turkey burger. Over the years, Tap 42 has become known not only for its phenomenal food, but also for its impressive drink list, which includes numerous craft beers, handcrafted cocktails and party shots. Tap 42 offers patrons both indoor and outdoor seating. The dining room is decorated with wood slatted walls, bar stools and chalkboard signs, and the large outdoor patio provides customers with an abundance of seating, beautiful views of the area and decorative plants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at the Ft Lauderdale location. All three of us thought the entrees were delicious. If you order a burger get the Smashbuger as it was outstanding. The cocktails were well made, and the wine list offered a reasonable selection of prices. Additionally, our server provided exceptional service. Her enthusiasm and thoughtful menu recommendations were greatly appreciated. We will certainly return for another visit.

Tap 42 was the perfect spot for my birthday brunch! While I missed the DJ they used to have, the experience was still top-notch. We enjoyed several appetizers including the truffle corn guacamole, Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, and the best sweet potato fries I’ve ever had. The chicken and waffles were a standout — generous in portion and so flavorful. The unlimited mimosas were a true highlight: our server kept the mimosas going and poured every single time a heavy hand of sparkling wine and let us add just the right amount of orange juice. I also had a smoked Old Fashioned and two other cocktails, all delicious. The service was friendly, efficient, and fun. Highly recommend for a lively and satisfying brunch!

Great vibe. Consistently good food. The wait staff is excellent. Great beer selection and they mix an excellent cocktail.

This will definitely be our go to Brunch spot. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was fun. The music was good and not loud so we were able to enjoy conversations. It was Easter Sunday so I expected a madhouse and it was far from it. We had a great time and Jose was the best server. Very attentive and helpful. Can't wait to go back.
