TAOグループは、10年以上前にニューヨークで一世を風靡したPan-Asianのパイオニアですが、TAO Downtownの開店によって、TAOブランドの発展を明らかにしました。Maritime Hotelの下の、以前Hiro BallroomとMatsuriがあったスペースを引き継いで、メインダイニングルームだけでおよそ300席、全体で400席のレストランをオープンすることでグループの再繁栄を記念しました。
