    Service was great, food was not as good as we remembered. Used to be my favorite Asian Fusion place and will be taken off my list on our next trip.

    Great dining experience! Our waitress Vivian was super friendly and gave great food recommendations. Also the Tao Tini is fabulous.

    The restaurant has incredible ambiance. The food was great, but pretty pricey all things considered. Our waitress took our order, but relied upon her “helper” to take care of us after the initial order. I gave it a 5-star because everything was really amazing except for the mid-level service. With that said, this is at The Venetian and nothing is reasonably priced there :)

    I dined at Tao twice last week. First time was a Saturday and service was top notch. Food amazing. Second time was on Thursday and the service was really terrible. We had an 815 and checked in on time. We were ask to wait till we got a text and were not sat for at least another 30 minutes. Which, not a huge deal but the hostess was snarky and just rude. Finally sat down, waiter was abrupt and arrogant. He took drink orders and then came back shortly to take our food order. He rushed us through ordering and was rude to us when we asked him to substitute something for an allergy. Then food stated arriving and we were almost done with starters when drinks finally arrived. When I asked the waiter to describe the special (yes I had to ask) he basically said it’s a fried snapper and that’s it. This all just went on and on and until he brought us the check and suddenly it was all “I hope you all enjoyed, it was my pleasure to serve you, blah, blah, blah.” Anyway the food was still amazing but was a pretty crappy experience overall.
