Both food and staff are absolutely amazing! I will continue to
spend my birthday dinners at TAO Asian Bistro!!! I actually may come back sooner!
Summary: This place is amazing! I needed to hit everyone with that opener because that pretty much sums it up. We went on Saturday night with a friend and got seated in the upstairs portion overlooking the Buddha statue and koi pond. The lighting is great, the music was loud but truly set the mood and we didn’t dislike it, Tao is sleek and sexy as hell.
Food: We got the shrimp tempura for an appetizer which was superb, pork fried rice three ways for our entree that my wife and I split along with orange chicken. We are big foodies, and did not have a single negative thing to say.
Service: Top notch and we cannot wait to make it back again very soon. Lisa our server was knowledgeable, polite, accommodating, and exactly how every server should be! Thank you!
CON :They did not offer a military discount for active duty service members.
I am so upset that I didn’t save pictures of my dinner but I would like to start by saying that I had such a wonderful experience at TAO to end my Vegas trip. I came to visit for business/leisure this time around. It was my first time dining at TAO LV. I’ve been here before for pool parties / night life. I have to say - the service was amazing and it made my dining experience 10x better. I had a lot of food to say the least for a party of 1. Started with edamame & soup, then sea bass, side of white rice and the beef entree I believe. I also ended my meal with the fortune cookie which happened to be my favorite part of the meal. The manager and staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was asked what kind of foods/drinks I like and was properly introduced to options. I had two delicious drinks one was a watermelon based and had the lychee to go. - I believe my hostess was Jessica and if it wasn’t I’m sorry in advance. I can’t express how happy and FULL after this dining experience, totally worth my time and money.
Everything was absolutely delicious!!! We enjoyed the Lobster Wontons, Hot & Sour soup w/shrimp toast, Wasabi Steak w/li me in noodles and the chocolate lava cake. Cannot wait to go back!!!
We were not sure what to expect, but we are so glad we texted Tao. So happy the server recommended the Tuna Tartare appetizer. It ended up being our favorite started this trip.
Birthday.
It’s a good experience dining at TAO
Lars, our server was exceptional. He made the experience fun.
Our waiter was phenomenal! Attentive and very knowledgeable of the menu.
Food, staff, and environment were wonderful.
Great place and awesome dinner! This is our second time here and we will definitely return on our next trip to Vegas.
Always enjoy the dinner at this place whenever i come to Vegas.
It was amazing food was fantastic service was even better
Girls night out!
Amazing! Food, service, ambiance!
Good for BDs
This place is amazing! First off, the service is impeccable, the staff is helpful, professional, and will go out of their way to help you in any way. Now on to the food, which is amazing as well. They have the best sushi I have ever had, even better than Nobu. Their potstickers live up to their reputation and more. The Satay of Chilean Sea Bass with Miso Glaze is delicious. The Imperial wagyu ribeye is literally one of the best steaks I have ever had in my life. It is extremely tender and flavorful. Also, I highly recommend The Chinese broccoli or roasted cauliflower for side items. On to dessert, the Yuzu Sugar Dusted Doughnuts with the Trio of Sauces is sweet but delicious. The Giant Fortune Cookie with White and Dark Chocolate Mousse lives up to the name. It can feed 4 people and you’ll still have leftovers. All the flavors accompany each other perfectly and is exquisite. My server Lars and the manager Raul were the best! I will be coming back here every time I goto Vegas.
The food is pretty good but well over priced. The cocktail menu is lacking. Ambiance is nice but only enjoyable from certain seating locations.
Great night life feeling
This place is a "must" to visit! The food, drinks and the atmosphere, we loved! Will definitely visit again!
Food very salty
I had fine dining nightly and this was by far the best meal I had on the Strip.
Excellent service... beautiful ambiance....amazing food
Daughters’s 21st Birthday
Great good and good vibes.
Tao at the Venetian was always my have to go to when in Las Vegas. Now that I live here I like it for really special occasion. It’s always perfection.
Everything was excellent. The wagyu steak is in my top 5 steaks of all time. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.
I will be back soon to enjoy Tao again
Las Vegas Classic, I'm sure like the old lounges use to be in the day! The men's bathroom even had an attendant. I hadn't seen that since glowing up in Chicago. I just stopped it for late night "liquid dessert"
Our waitress was very nice and efficient. She gave us good recommendations. The food is always great at Tao!
Highly recommended! I can not wait for the next dining experience.
It was very nice dinner. Great service and food
Food was delicious. Our server was very nice! Top choice in Vegas for dinner

The food was great The service was world class We felt like celebrities
Food was outstanding. Ambience was definitely on point. Loved the hip hop music.
We had our anniversary dinner here on Christmas day. Everything: the hosts, our waitress, other staff, food and drinks were fantastic! We were greeted and congratulated upon entering. Our waitress had an amazing personality, was super outgoing and very impressively knowledgable of the menu! We started with shisito peppers with yuzu sauce, which was prepared with a great seasoning and the peppers were not too raw, not too soft so perfect for me. I had a bubbly champagne and a lemon drop shot and my significant other had bottled beer, which were all fantastic. For the main course we had orange chicken to share, jasmine rice and a side of the brussel sprouts- all of which were just amazing also. We had leftovers (barely) but it was a suitable size meal for the both of us to split. A surprise dessert arrived for us at the end and it was a great sweet treat to have after a spectacular meal. We love TAO, this is our first time at the Vegas location (Chicago is our go-to), and the aesthetic was just as enticing. The decor, statues, and ambiance are worth the trip alone! We will certainly be back, hopefully when the pandemic dissipates and we can visit with a group of friends and family.
You must try a "Divinity." The signature drink creation of mixologist, Christian. Awesome! Our server, Sarah, was attentive and very friendly. Oh by the way, the food was outstanding.
