First impression, not impressed. Food was amazing - that’s all I can rave about.
Neat place. Food was okay. Service was very friendly. Appetizer came after sushi rolls ordered. Shashito peppers were very bland and the first time out almost raw and the second time just bland. Luckily the waiter removed them.
Very noisy but food was excellent
Tao is okay. Nothing more and nothing less...simply okay.
Best Orange chicken ever! Our waiter was awesome too.
Perhaps best restaurant in Las Vegas. Would come back anytime!! Fantastic waiters & awesome food!!
Group of 6 or us ordered the
Great Asian food with an amazing decor that take the mind back to an ancient time
Did not dissapoint
I've been to the one in LA several times. Let's just say skipp the way beef. Staff as usual superb service and save my anniversary date dinner. Fried rice is on point as the Tuna roll.
Great food and service! Our server Stephanie was amazing and we were offered free entry to the nightclub after dinner.
It was very loud
Very tasty food and nice service
I LOVE Tao and make it a point to dine here each time I’m in Vegas. The food is always great, good wine and specialty drink selection and the celebratory fortune cookie dessert is fabulous! Staff is always wonderful and personable. A shout out to Kelson, our server on this visit who made my birthday visit feel very special. Thank you!
A pesar de q es un lugar digno de apreciar, o tiene muy buen ambiente o posiblemente no fue el mejor día.
Los alimentos son de primera calidad pero hay restaurantes de mayor categoría por el mismo precio.
Formulaic Asian fusion which is fine but not exceptional. This is a finely oiled machine.
The food here is delicious! The sushi was spectacular but you must get the spicy tuna tartare on crispy rice. It was out of this world!
Made a reservation for 2 on a Tuesday night for a wedding anniversary. RSVP was made days before with OpenTable. I did put in the reservation notes that we were there for a wedding anniversary and requested a secluded area if possible.
We were a few minutes late as we got lost heading there from the complete opposite side of the Grande Canal Shopping level. We were seated right away regardless, and were given a far corner area which was close to sushi bar area. The house was nearly full that night, some R this doesn't bother us much, but this wouldn't be a place to go for a team meeting or for anyone that hard of hearing.
Yorke was our server, and being that it was our first time dining (have been here before for the nightclub) he walked us through some recommendations and let us know that everything was family style serving. We ordered the Pork Potstickers, Sizziling Soy Sauce Chicken, BBQ 5 Spice short ribs, TAO pork Lo Mein & the Spring Mountain Sushi Roll. We also ordered 2 drinks off their cocktail menu.
Potstickers were great, the Soy Sauce chicken was also brought out as an appetizer in a heated small pot. Then chicken was so good as well so we decided to hold onto in to eat with the entrees that were to come out. Right when our entrees came out, our server asked if there was anything wrong with and we said not at all, we just wanted to savor it. Upon saying that he offered to bring out a newly cooked dish. We refused but he insisted upon doing so. The Lo Mein and the BBQ short ribs were amazing. The Spring Mountain Roll took longer than the entrees to come out however it did not disappoint either.
Upon finishing our meals (wasn't able to eat everything ordered) our server then let us know to stay for dessert. He had surprised us with the Giant Fortune Cookie and the Assorted Mochi Tasting which was Mochi Ice Cream (flavors were caramel, chocolate and green tea). SO GOOD!
We were able to do a family style presentation. Great options, great food, impeccable service
Celebrated a birthday. Service was amazing and the food was delicious!
Was ok. Hot and sour soup with the bread was the best part. Didn’t care for fried rice or the Pad Thai. Pad Thai was too sweet and rice tasted funny as well. Drinks made by Suzanne was excellent. Place is too loud, hard to have a conversation without screaming. Not sure I’d go back unless it’s for drinks and appetizers.
From the second we got there, our experience was awesome! The bartender was attentive to our requests, and our waiter was great!
It was great as always. My only comment could be had silverware available.
Was right by the busboy kitchen area and had to flag down a person to get water. The server was an absolute gem. The food was superb as usual. It is still too dark in there though. The music was great. The bathroom attendant was a great help, kept the bathroom immaculate.
Service excellent. Waiter chose our meal for us and nailed it.
Another incredible experience at TAO.
We had been to Tao Las Vegas a few years ago and it was great! This time the food was mediocre at best. PF Chang’s is better and less expensive... won’t be going back.
The senses and spieces with the decor excelent.
Thank you for having us in your wonderful resturant.
Great food and excellent service. Can't really ask for more. A bit price but everything in Vegas is price. I say go for it while there.
Fantastuc as always. Sea bass and duck fried rice are worth the trip to Vegas! Service is amazing and ambiance cannot be matched. A must go dinner for every trip to Vegas
Food was amazing. Service was first class! They were very sensitive to food allergies too.
It seems that they give priority seating to guys wearing rolex or very expensive clothes, even if you have a reservation, beside that everything was perfect
I’ve eaten here 4 times. Best place in Vegas!! Food and service are amazing!
Espectacular fui x mi cumpleaños y la pasé divinamente
The food was amazing!! The service was great! We had to wait approximately 35 minutes for our table when we had a reservation for 7:30pm. The place was packed so the noise level was pretty high which made it challenging to have a decent conversation. Despite all of that, I would still come back to Tao!
My server failed to inform me that the menu item I ordered was for two people. (I accidentally ordered the duck when I meant to order the chicken) I couldn’t finish my meal(obviously) and felt that if he had checked in with me about the fact that my dining partner had already ordered an entree and I’d ordered a meal for two people I would have been able to rectify my order.
Essentially I ate half my order and paid double for my entree.
I had an amazing time! My waiter was so polite and friendly it made my time so much better. We got our food quick we were constantly checked on. Definitely would go back again
Too noisy, tables too close, poor service , and adequate food preparation
