We made the reservation in advance to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Was sheerly disappointed to see that despite the note made during reservation, not even a small piece of complementary dessert with candle was offered. Really bummed. Even the smallest restaurant offer courteous gestures.

This was my first time coming here, and it won't be my last. The ambiance was definitely a club vibe, also the scenery was off the chain I love all the Asian art work and decor in the whole restaurant makes you feel like your in China.

Although I don’t think the price was worth it for the food we got, the food was great, but the ambience was even better. I’ve never seen a restaurant that looks like this before. It is absolutely stunning, and I would come back again just for the ambience. The seating was also really cool. The server was so nice and on top of it as well. Although it was our anniversary and we stated it on open table, nothing was done for it which isn’t a deal breaker, but it’s like why even ask for that if you do nothing for it.

Our server. Tavis, was great at first, great suggestions and super enthusiast. Maybe he got tired or things got super busy and there was not enough coverage but he was forgetting our requests by the second half of our meal. And we’re all in the hospitality/customer service industry, we get how busy it gets but following up 3x is a bit much. And without asking if we had anything else to order, he just left our bill on the table. Not sure if that’s the norm for Tao but definitely not used to that. Food was great. ESPECIALLY the chicken gyoza. The filet was super tender and flavorful. The Chinese broccoli was an excellent side choice and the noodles were so good and full of yum! Desserts - do not skip!!

Tried so many dishes, and they all were AMAZING! Fave dishes were the miso sea bass, satay chicken, lobster wontons, and lobster fried rice!
