   Nothing like we expected. Picture in-theater restaurant.....no so great. But, we were very surprised. Varied menu, great service, great food and the price value relationship was actually very good. The on-site parking and being right at the theater provided for an excellent way to unwind, eat, have some drinks and take the escalator to our pre-reserved seats. No hassles and no rushing. This is now our go-to for movie night!

   Last night was the first time I'd ever come to Tanzy and I am very pleased that I did! My girlfriend and I were looking for a place to formally dine without losing the fun of being out on a Friday night and Tanzy was perfect. The bar was full, but since we were at one of the dining tables, we got to have the fun atmosphere while still enjoying great table service. Our server was very sweet and helpful and the food was delicious. The only reason I would give the food a 4 out of 5 is because the pasta portions were a little bit small, but the quality more than makes up for it. I had the strozzapretti and it was great. Also, we didn't know that there was a movie theater attached, but next time we will definitely be taking advantage of that!

   My friend and I came here last night to catch up after not seeing each other for 10 years, so I was very pleased at the ambiance and the excitement but the bar did make the dining tables a little bit loud. Regardless of that very slight drawback (understandable on a Friday night), we had an excellent time! The hostess was very sweet in helping us find the quietest table and our server was a gem! She was very thorough walking us through the menu and suggested the salmon which was amazing. We also started with the lettuce cups, which had glazed cod on them- excellent! Also, don't miss the donut stack. Small donuts with caramel sauce, super delicious! Overall, great experience. I will definitely be back for more of those lettuce cups!

   Service was excellent, drinks were great, Ambience was amazing, but the food was just ok. Too expensive for what you get and portions very small. Go somewhere else for food, but here for a drink.

   The decor of the restaurant was very nice. The lounge area with fire pits is also a really cool place to hang out and have a few drinks. The food was good but it didn't knock my socks off, but I would be willing to go back and try other items. I had the short rib and my GF had the filet, both left no crumbs behind. The drinks from the bar were really good. Only mild complaint is that I had to track town my server a few times for refills and the check. It wasn't a particularly busy night either.

   We enjoyed a terrific Sunday brunch before seeing a movie. The restaurant was quiet, so we got excellent service. Loved the bottomless mimosas and the chicken and waffles was outstanding!

   I'm not sure why it is so difficult to find a great Restaurant in Westwood Village. We had a very disappointing experience at Tanzy. We had dined there before at a private party and the food and service were excellent. We brought our friends, who live in the area, to try it for the first time. Our waiter was very nice, however, he was not competent as a waiter. Although the restaurant was empty on a Saturday night, our service was extremely slow. Our food was not good. The onion soup came out cold and after it was brought back warm, it was pure salt. The Octopus salad was small and not very good. The main courses of fish and pasta were small and not very tasty. Overall it was an unfortunately dining experience.

   It was very quiet the Tuesday night we were there. The decor and ambience are nicely done and interesting. It is spacious, so I don't know how loud it would be when it's busy. The food was very good! We enjoyed the short rib, the kale salad was nicely done, the burratta caprese was great. Its location right next door to movie theaters is very handy. We'll be back!

    Nice spot...particularly if going to IPic movies - food was all good, but not amazing. I think the portions could be a bit larger - especially the pasta. Service was good - nice, easy going
