   A real historical rancho ambience. The team takes care, even if fall in details sometimes. The burgers were decent.

   Made reservation for Saturday night. Received confirmation that it was accepted. Went to restaurant and they were not open on Saturday night. They had their outdoor barbecue instead that evening.

   What a great experience! Everyone had a good time. Plenty of guests to meet. It was like a family reunion set on a ranch.

   The service is outstanding in all areas. The meals were full of variety and the breakfast buffet so convenient. The cowboy cook out had the best atmosphere and scenery. A destination full of hospitality.

   Compared to the Tanque Verde dining experience of 20 years ago, run down and run of the mill. Lunch was ok; my husband's "turkey" club was pre-formed stuff you buy at a grocery store, not fresh cooked poultry. My quesadilla was nothing special - expected a bit more from a restaurant located in the Southwest. $55+ for a blah lunch. Very disappointing.

   Being new to the area, we have been looking for someplace to go with a good view. This is an excellent place to take your family. Children or grandchildren would love it as it is a horse ranch. I was surprised at how good the food was, especially the Chilean Sea Bass! We had a cocktail prior to dinner at the dog house bar and sat outside as the sun was setting. Also want to try the cowboy barbecue next time we go there. Recommend!
