Tano Bistro - Loveland
Great to be out and have Sunday Brunch at Tanos. Never disappoints. Their food is amazing. Thanks, Gina!!
Tano is a wonderful restaurant. The food is outstanding every time we go there. We love the outdoor seating upstairs with the view of downtown Loveland down below! Staff is courteous and attentive to detail. Prices are quite reasonable!
We got to Tanos right on time and were immediately seated on the second level. Our waiter came and got our drink orders and came back shortly to take our appetizer order. Then got our food orders and food came out fairly quickly. Food was great and prices reasonable for what we ordered. Tano will definitely keep getting our business for our anniversary. Staff is great and no complaints from my husband or myself.
Excellent food and atmosphere. Strongly recommend.
We love eating here. We especially love eating on the rooftop outdoor area. They have interesting menu items and they taste great!
This was our first time here, but we were ready for a date night since being in quarantine. The staff was so friendly, the food was scrumptious, and the ambiance was quiet and made for great conversation. We will be back very soon!
Everything was outstanding. We have been going to Tano Bistro for years. We both tried menu items we had never had before and were so glad we did...the mac and cheese with smoked pork loin and the Frenched Pork Chop were divine!
We live just nearby, and we’ll miss going there during the shutdown!
So, we’ll be ordering from their carry out menu....
Tano Bistro just keeps getting better and better. Tano's daughter was our waitress and she was awesome. So friendly and accommodating. We had a great table in front of the window with a fun view of everything. Great food, great drinks, and great company. We spent over an hour there. Never once did we feel rushed to turn the table over. My birthday dinner was wonderful! Thanks Tano and company!
Great food and service. Cocktail selection great and enjoyable.
Service was excpetional and so was the food.
Wonderful experience. We had not been there since “The Fire”. We live the new look. Service and food were excellent.
Ambience inviting, waitress engaging, food delicious (almost every dish has BACON!)...can't wait for warmer weather to experience the rooftop bistro!
Tano Bistro is in lovely revitalized and rebuilt downtown Loveland.
We were greeted nicely and seated right away.
They have a great list of specialty cocktails. I got the Tano Old Fashioned and my husband let the bartender make his favorite using gin - he made a Fashion 75. Both were very good.
We decided to try their biscuit with the jam bar. The biscuit was nothing great, but the jams were outstanding!! It made me want to eat the biscuit.
For brunch we got: (1) burger with tomato bisque soup. The burger was very good - seasoned well. The soup was wonderful!! Recommend the soup!! And (2) Benedict with salmon instead of steak. Since it was made to order, I could make a substitution. I should have requested the Hollandaise on the side. It was a lot.
Food good. Service good. Prices were reasonable. Check it out for brunch!!
Excellent food and service ! The stuffed salmon was fabulous and we had three appetizers (the adult tater tots, eggplant Parmesan and also snouts and sprouts) and all were excellent!
Great place. Service was excellent. They even brought my wife out a dessert for her birthday. Will definitely be back to see the rooftop when it's warmer.
Drove an hour to Tano Bistro and it was a nice surprise. What a nice area. We will definitely return !!
My husband and I are vegetarians and honestly should have reviewed the menu before we made reservations. The last time we dined at Tano we had several options and were looking forward to getting the same thing. However, tonight our only option was a salad. We didn’t realize the menu changes and our waitress who was excellent could only apologize and said they didn’t have the ingredients to make the entree we had gotten before.
We will definitely check the menu before going back
I love Tano Bistro, so writing this is an attempt to point out a problem. Please read the entire review. We are not quite regulars but do go there often. Saturday evening food timing was not up to par. We had 6:30 reservations. We did not get seated until almost 7. That was okay as my wife and I got seats in the bar and had cocktails. Once seated we ordered drinks, appetizers, and our meal all at the same time. The drinks and appetizers were out promptly. BTW, wait staff is always good and this evening was not an exception.
However, our meals were not brought to the table until 8:13 pm. We were not singled out. I noticed that food was not coming out of the kitchen. Others that were seated around the same time were also were waiting as long.
The food is always good and in many cases unique. I did not care for the Crab and Corn Soup. I think this was the first time I did not care for a Tano soup. It was bland and in my view, not anything I would expect for Crab and Corn Soup. However, my wife had the plantain, pork belly and octopus special which was really good. I would have never thought of that combination! We always find that Tano's provides something interesting every time we go there.
As for the entres, my wife had the Redfish special which was very good. I had the scallops and enjoyed them. Like I said Tano's food is always good.
I am hoping that it was just a bad night for the kitchen. I can't remember ever going to Tano and not being seated at the time of our reservation. 20 minutes is not a big deal, however. Waiting for our food for close to an hour is a problem for me. I regularly go to Tano Bistro with guests or business associates. Fortunately, this was not the case this evening. Long food arrival can make for a difficult evening if I had had guests.
We will be back again soon. Hopefully, my next review will be glowing!
Great place for fine dining that does not break the bank!
Service was great, food was just ok. My pork chop was hard to cut through, even though it was supposed to be house medium and my husbands medium rare steak was medium well and lacked flavor.
We had a very nice evening. Everything was great
This place was excellent!! Food was amazing!
Katie was fantastic. Food good.
Tano Bistro is always an amazing dining experience; the seasonal menu keeps you on your toes and the specials are always a great value.
Great Jelly Bar for the Biscuits...
Everything was great except the Bloody Mary. It tasted good, but was difficult to drink. The problem was that in an effort to be unique, it had so many solid materials in it that the straw collapsed. I often had to blow in it to get it clear. After a while it was unusable. Even when we tried to just drink them, it was hard to get the liquids to flow, wo there was ultimately waste.
We had a great Valentine's Day family dinner this past weekend. The food was impeccably presented and tasted great. Even my teens were pleased! The service was spot on - attentive but not annoying! :) Always a great experience at Tano's.
We totally enjoyed our Valentine Dinner at Tanos' second floor dining room! Food was excellent, service outstanding, and ambiance superb! We have loved Tanos since they first opened.
We showed up for our reservation and were seated immediately. Our server was friendly and attentive. My wife loved the stuffed salmon and my steak oscar was delicious. We have been there several times in the past and will continue to keep going in the future. Loved it !!
Our meals were delicious, the service was great. We have never been disappointed with your food or your service.
Tano’s is a little treasure in the heart of Loveland, cozy and clean, modern but very warm, we loved it!
Great dinner for Valentine’s Day !
Great service, and meal.
My wife and I came here for a Valentine’s Day lunch while our son was at daycare. I hadn’t been since the remodel. I remembered great service and food and it was even better than I had recalled.
Always a excellent choice....and when something is not right they immediately fix it!
Verygood food. Portions just right. Atmosphere is good. love new decor.
We celebrated a wedding anniversary with brunch there.
Best French toast ever!
We ate there after they reopened. We were underwhelmed compared to all the dinners we enjoyed over the years. We went there Saturday night and once again are not rushing back. My salmon was not prepared the way i enjoy it. It was not crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. My wife had the chicken and it was ok. We loved the take out business they used to have.
