   We arrived early on Saturday night. We got a great table for two and then we were warmly greeted by our waiter Alex. I ordered the lobster but Alex informed me they were out of season so I chose the lamb shank. My guest ordered pork ribs. We ordered a bottle of prosecco and toasted to our first dinner out on Antigua. Alex was attentive, pleasant and friendly but not obsequious. My lamb was perfectly spiced and cooked. Les devoured her pork ribs with relish. I finished off with chocolate cake and a moscatto. We will definitely be back at Tannins.
