Come on in and enjoy!
Excellent and creative menu. All dishes executed very well. Quaint atmosphere without being cramped or distractingly noisey. Attentive service. Will return.
The entire evening was wonderful. We have been to the restaurant before and I know we will return.
My wife and I go to Crow every year on New Year's Eve for dinner. We have never been disappointed in the service, choices of food, drinks or the ambiance of this place. This year we shared the entire meal starting with a bowl of crab bisque, then the shigoku oysters on the half shell, followed by the roasted beet salad, the seared beef tenderloin and we ended with the warm pear gingerbread upside-down cake for dessert. Everything was perfect and we felt that we had plenty of food, even with sharing. We usually order the traditional Cassoulet but this year we changed it up a little. We recommend this restaurant to all of our friends and people that like smaller, quiet restaurants with great food.
One of the most outstanding holiday meals we had the season!
We loved the food at Tango. The service was fast and friendly. I was put off by the whole 20 percent tip thing after both servers felt obliged to let me know they would only get half of that. Awkward. This is just another reason we tend to avoid Seattle.
Great Food, Great Service, Will definitely return the next time we are in Seattle for a special occasion
Pre-theater dinner. Great sangria and paella!
Came here on a date after hearing about the all day happy hour. We were sat in the restaurant which was empty when we got there and slowly filled up but without ever seeming too busy. Meri, our server, was able to wrangle our undecidedness into a fantastic grouping of tapas items. We had planned for the paella but ended up satisfied with our waitress’s selection of tapas plates. Get the Brussels sprouts! The drinks were all perfectly executed and we loved the tequila twist on the Moscow mule! Next time we will save room for the paella but make sure you get the diablo dessert!
Had an early reservation prior to theatre show at the paramount. Food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Attentive but not intrusive. Would definitely go again to finish tasting the rest of the menu.
We had a great time here, great food, drinks and service. The vibe was energetic and and fun. The only comments I have are that it was a bit dark and hard to see the menu, and the shrimp we ordered seemed to have a few empty shells. Otherwise we loved it!
We just love Tangos. Our most recent visit their included one person gluten free, one vegetarian and one dairy intolerant. We threw this out at our server, she accepted this information with grace and proceeded to order us an amazing, flavorful meal. We had the best meal. Thank you Tango!
Decent food and drinks.
All restaurants have an off night. I'm assuming this was one of them. It was a show night (Paramount Theater is just down the hill) but we got to Tango very early anticipating it would get crowded. It did but the staff is well versed in event night dining so that is no excuse. Our server was inattentive at best - not telling us that one of the small plates was a larger duplication of the other smaller plates we had already ordered, nor offering up any suggestions that we may want to try a different tapa. Then, an item we ordered never arrived - while it was not on the bill at the end (we brought it up to the Somm) that still shows a don't-care attitude. Then the paella came out overcooked and dry and one of the prawns was blatantly not de-veined. We showed that to the server who only made an excuse as he walked away. With a ticket totaling about $250 I thought a few $ taken off for the inedible prawn and missed dish was warranted but nothing was offered. All in all Tango is a good place as I have dined there before but this time was not a good experience at all.
Such a perfect ambience. Everything we tried was on point. I particularly recommend the pork belly. Cocktails were phenomenal too.
I was underwhelmed. It was a slow night and the food came out mostly cold. We had the bartender as our waiter who didnt tend to us much. The food wasnt as good as I saw on other reviews.
I am from Argentina and lived in Spain for about a third of my life, the food is mediocre at a crazy prize. Not very authentic food or atmosphere besides the sign. 2 cocktails, Brussels spouts, green beans and 2 albondigas $180..just nuts.
Fun place, great food
Came here with my girlfriend really prepared for a good eating experience. I would say overall that the food was pretty average. We had a variety of things including the cod, beans, brussel sprouts, glazed mushrooms, prawn tapas and souffle. The cod was way oversalted and oily, the beans had good flavour but needed to be cooked longer to make them tender. The mushrooms were good but again overly oily. The brussel sprouts had good flavour and were the best dish we had.
We enjoyed our server - nice guy.
Love this restaurant, especially the paella. Don't miss the chicken croqueta and bacon wrapped dates.
The food has changed a good bit, since we last dined there. I'm afraid we were a disappointed -- for the first time.
It was fine. Not really any complaints but didn’t wow either.
We went for seattle restaurant week and they were as great as always and were good about combining the SRW stuff and gluten-free. They’re the best good dinner place near the convention center for gluten free food.
Tango is one of the (very) few places in Seattle where we don’t mind paying the 20% automatic gratuity. Service is kind and attentive without being pushy. Food is delicious and the drinks and desserts are just creative enough without being annoying.
¡El Diablo! Magnificent.
Great meal, staff was excellent and attentive. Very knowledgeable server on all aspects of the restaurant. Would recommend to anyone. Pealla is a must!!
In a word ... perfect! Food, atmosphere and service.
Good food and great service. Disappointed this establishment adds a mandatory 20% tip. I thought a tip was a reflection of service.
Tango was a fun, romantic place to eat. It was great to be able to try numerous small plates. Each one of them was good, but some were phenomenal. Definitely try the chicken croquetas and meatballs. If we didn't go during happy hour, the bill would've been outrageous - as it was, I still think we overpaid for the amount of food that we got, but it was a great experience.
Went to Tango before going to the Paramount to see a show, it was a wonderful experience. The food was wonderful and the service terrific.
Dined here with a party of 8 for my birthday. We were sat in the little private room promptly. Our server was very knowledgeable with the drink and food menu. We were able to choose many food items that were enough for the entire table, and the drink recommendations did not disappoint. Food and drink times were on point. The paella was worth the 45 minute cook time. I would request for the prawns to be added at the very end of preparation as they came out over cooked. Highly recommend the mushrooms! Yum! Enjoyed the Diablo dessert; nice combination of texture from the cake, meringue and cream caramel.
I had been to Tango before, and when our group of 4 wanted to go to dinner before the theatre, I recommended Tango. They loved it, and I was so happy to have been able to introduce them all to it!
We ordered several small plates and shared. Each bite was a wonderful morsel of perfection. The food was created by someone who cares about how flavors blend and how the levels of those flavors work to create goodness.
The food was good but a bit overpriced for the serving size. TheEl Diablo dessert is amazing. Great, friendly service!
Great place to go prior to the theatre. If you can find parking, the two as they are easy walking distance from each other. Parking is very difficult so leave yourself extra time. Favorite bites were the bacon wrapped dates, lamb skewers, cheeses, everything but the Paella which came out cold.
This was my first time trying out Tango. I live on the hill and had walked past it numerous times. So decided to give it a try.
The service was good.
The food was a bit underwhelming.
I ordered serveral tapas.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order the wild mushroom salad.
I did mention to the server that It was my first time at the restaurant. He didn’t really suggest popular items to try. I wish he would have.
We choose this as a meeting place before a show at the Paramount often. Yum. So many choices and I am sure eventually I will get to try them all. The service is always outstanding as well.
Spectacular 3 course dinner during Seattle Restuarant Week consisting of Ensalada Verde, grilled beef tenderloin (perfectly cooked), and a chocolate dessert named El Diablo!
Steak and potatoes on restaurant week menu is amazing!
Went to Tango for restaurant week. Our experience was moderate. Great service though. The atmosphere was romantic and quiet enough to have a conversation. The beef was pretty good according to my date. The salad had too much dressing. The cod fish was bland. The only dish I enjoyed was the sorbet.
Dinner before theatre event at Paramount
