We had a great time for our post Valentines dinner. Enjoyed watching the Tango and food and drinks were awesome.

Food was great! The Cuatro Leches was amazing but extremely tiny portion for $12! The waiter was not friendly and served our side of creamed spinach after our main meal was served and finished...so we sent it back. Then the second beer that we ordered was never delivered! This was disappointing and will probably not go back since there are so many other places to try.

Short story...time to get drinks was very slow, many of the choices on wine list were not available...we finally order, appetizer was excellent...then we wait over an hour for main course and as we were asking for our check without eating the food finally came. We accepted it and ate, it was obvious that the chef was over worked that night cause the food here is usually outstanding. Our server understood our issues and got our check taken care of. Tipped him well. It was not a good valentines night experience, but the owner did take responsibility and that means a lot. This place is usually very good

I decided to give this another try, after experiencing poor service about a year ago. We were seated at a back corner table. The waiter promptly delivered water and bread, then disappeared. After waiting over 10 minutes to place our wine and food order, we departed, never to return.

Delish. Everything we had... The chicken empanadas, chorizo, Akaushi ribeye, grilled asparagus, mashed potatoes and crepes for dessert!! And our wine was perfect. We will be back!

We really enjoyed the ambiance, on Valentine’s Day this year. The tango dancers were entertaining, the service was excellent and the food was “just right” in quantity and quality. Thanks for a memorable evening.

The waiter was not very helpful about explaining the different cuts of steak.... the filet was over cooked and needed A1 sauce to eat the steak. Was not worth the entire price of dinner!

Terrific, efficient service from young, well-groomed, sexy waiters. We had a tomahawk rib-eye. I liked the fact that it was served on a small table top grill (after it had been perfectly cooked in the kitchen). The beef was cut at the table, into approx. 4 oz. strips. The bone was placed on the grill, and the meat strips overlapping the bone. This way, the meat stayed warm without cooking more. The side of mashed potatoes was whipped well with butter. Very good!
We have two dogs, and there was only one very long bone left. Our waiter took the bone back to the kitchen, chopped it in half, and each of our dogs enjoyed an 11” bone.

Great selection of Argentine favorites not commonly found in other restaurants — Milanesas, mollejas, empanadas — all made for a very authentic meal. The wine list was impressive, particularly for Argentine wines, ranging from everyday good value wines to estate grown amazing vintages. The Tango group that played during dinner was also very good.
Surprisingly, the most disappointing part of the meal was the beef, which should have been the highlight. While the cuts tried to straddle the way things are labeled in Argentina and also in the US ( eg NY Steak is approximately the same as a Bife de Chorizo), the transition was not always successful and the tastiness of the meats could have been better.

I ordered chicken. It’s not easy to make chicken real tasty, but they did. The veggies were sautéed perfectly. The waiter recommended wine that fit our taste perfectly and the desert was legit. The server was attentive but never made us feel rushed.

Great service, good food and nice atmosphere. Tango dancing show that you can participate in on Saturday evening and some Wednesday’s. Also a patio for outdoor dining, but jut a fenced in cement patio, needs some character. Food was excellent. The bone in porterhouse for 2 was delicious, but pricy. Overall a good experience, but there are better steak houses to choose from, but the location, service and atmosphere make it a good choice.

The hostess was very accommodating. We told her that we knew the band and she made an extra effort to seat us close to the music. The food was very good. Service was a bit slow but it was New Year’s Eve and the restaurant was busy so understandable. Excellent dessert!

Empanada appetizers are always a treat. Steaks were done as ordered and very flavorful. Noise can be an issue, as tables are close and walls/ceilings do little to reduce the noise.

While the service was great the food was very poor. We ordered the Tomahawk Steak which came with a side of mashed potatoes and asparagus. We added an additional side of mac and cheese. The steak and sides were delivered to our table cold as ice. It was literally like they had pulled the sides out of the refrigerator. The waiter told us he could remake our meal but that it would take additional time to re-prepare the steak. Instead, we ask to have the chief cook us a 10 oz filet and we would share. The new steak was delivered overcooked and with no new side of mac and cheese. The old, now cold mac and cheese was left on the table for us to eat with the new steak.

We watched the chief and kitchen staff look over at our table in disgust the entire time they had to re-make our dinner. When we received the bill they had taken off the first steak, however, charged us for the other steak.

After paying our bill we walked up to the bar to enjoy a glass of champagne while waiting for our This was probably the worse dinner experience we have encountered in Houston ever!driver. The bartender ignored us for the first 10 min and then came over with a major attitude. There were a total of 5 people in bar and 3 tables total in the restaurant.

It was not a bad experience but don't think for the price we would return. New York Strip and Sea Bass were both bland. Caprese Autentica was an excellent appetizer. Ensalada de Popeye a very good salad. Wait staff was very attentive, very friendly. Wine list was good. A bit noisy.

Appetizers were good. Main course i ordered sea bass that smelled very fishy and first bite had an ammonia aftertaste, this was returned for fear of good poisoning.

My sister had buffalo steak that had more fat than steak and had no flavor (seasoning) and actually tasted like liver.

For the cost our meal was horrible and this place was overrated.

Was in town for a special occasion and was really looking forward to this dinner. Very disappointed!

The menu is varied and has a good variety of options to go with. I chose the 40oz. Porterhouse. Normally I wouldn't go with such a large cut, but I wanted that delicious filet for the evening and the sirloin to go. Both were absolutely yummy. The rustic potato side dish was delicious as well. My wife and children were very pleased with their orders. I am looking forward to returning to this fine establishment.
