The menu is small but it changes daily, and the food was excellent. Tamarisk is not fancy, but there is a nice harbor view from the windows that face that side of the restaurant. Service is pretty good, and the price for what you get, and compared to other Bermudan restaurants in this class, was quite reasonable. Well done to the chef and the rest of the team at Tamarisk and Cambridge Beaches resort.

We have eaten at many restaurants in Bermuda, this one is truly the worst food ever. I ordered the Snapper and my husband the Halibut. The fish was horrible I sent mine back and the gave me 3 prawns that were like rubber. Even the water tasted bad and we had to get bottled. Please don’t waste your time eating here. Other restaurants like Ocean Club and Blu are fabulous so give them a try

Underwhelming and over priced. Bit disappointed as I had high expectations based on previous reviews. My husband and I are true foodies at heart and I am a retired culinary instructor. Appetizer of Caesar salad with tempura oysters was good but the dressing tasted like it was bottled dressing. Oysters were good though and portion size was small. For dinner I had the seafood platter with scallops (2), lobster (literally one bite) and a piece of fish which was good. Brocokini wax a little under cooked. Entrees were around $50. Dessert said it was pistachio gelato with fondant. It was actually pistachio gelato with a molten cake.. not at all what the menu said it was. We had booked here for two nights as we were guests of the hotel. We cancelled our second night. It was t awful but it certainly wasn’t worth $275.

Great view of harbor or you can choose to dine inside. Service very formal and attentive. Meals were served timely and looked beautiful. Quality 5 star plus very tasty, unique deserts.

This is the premiere restaurant at Cambridge Beaches, where we stayed for 5 nights. All things considered, we expected a better experience. The service is what saved this night out. The much ballyhooed Chef needs to take a fresh approach if he expects us to be happy with sub par food at above par prices. Unfortunately there are few dining options at this resort.
