The Tamarack Dining Room treats guests to a culinary program that is rooted in local, sustainable, and impeccable ingredients. The dishes are a result of reflection and study. Menus are crafted and curated seasonally; taking the very best ingredients treating them with respect and preparing them with care. Set in our rustically elegant Tamarack Lodge, Head Chef Lara Korpan and her team work to curate a vibrant, seasonal menu that will be sure to delight the senses. By request, al fresco dining is also available and offers spectacular views of the Lizard Range.

    Lovely atmosphere, great food, great service. Went up for locals date night and were very impressed. Great option for a special dinner.

    Outstanding food and service. Highlights were the pork chop, cannelloni and the desserts. Great wine selections, friendly and attentive service. Amazing views and location.

    Not bad but certainly not good value. Food was fine but $70 for a 6oz steak is pushing it. Generally over priced for the same food as you would get at the Keg etc. The steak house and Cirque offer much better value for comparable food and produce. Overpriced.
