The Tally-Ho Restaurant in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, is a popular place for nightlife and great food. We are locally owned and operated and have been a part of our community since 1995. Our dinner menu, which includes both American cuisine and Northern Italian cuisine, features pasta, seafood, and steaks. For lunch, we offer pasta, soups, sandwiches, and salads. The restaurant was busy but not packed, still my server was not very attentive. My gin martini tasted watered down. That may be because the server left it sitting too long before bringing it to shake / pour at my table. My pasta dish was fine but bland, not impressive.

Chicken Marsala was excellent with delicious homemade mashed potatoes. Side salad good too. But the Pork Murphy was overcooked but also covered in jarred chopped garlic. Ruined the whole dish. Jarred chopped garlic has to be used sparingly, it is very strong and over pouring. I took dish home, and tried to rinse garlic off the vegetables, but too much, and had to put in compost. At least good for something.

Last minute change to plan for Mother’s Day! Open reservation for two! Wonderful dinner and accommodated for us for a takeout dinner! Great experience!

The service was great, very friendly. The food was delicious and the serving sizes were eye opening. We would definitely go back. Prices were great too.

Had lunch there and we were very pleased with the restaurant. The service was excellent and the food very good. I have a dairy allergy and the server was very helpful in helping me pick out food that would not make me sick. I had the sausage peppers and onions sandwich minus the bread and it was delicious. Friends had the blackened salmon salad and a burger - all very good. It may not look very good from the outside but don't let that keep you away.

We found Tally Ho because of restaurant week. I’m so glad we tried it because the food was delicious. The bread was warm and crispy, the calamari was fresh and the artichoke franchise was mmmmm . For our main we had the sirloin with mashed potatoes and tortellini with blackened chicken. Both were delicious and ample. My chocolate mousse cake was silky and decedent , and my husband loved his lemon cake 🍰. We ordered 1/2 bottle of wine which was reasonably priced as well . All in all it was a great meal. We will definitely be back 👍🏼 Ps The restaurant itself was warm and inviting!
