Weekend Brunch: Saturday - Sunday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
This restaurant was closed for good when we arrived. Upon speaking to the neighbouring business let us know that not only did they close with no notice to patrons but also did not inform their staff. Additionally they had not been paying their staff or suppliers for months leading up to closing.
Still great restaurant but food isnt quite as good anymore. My roasted veggies were unevenly roasted.
Brunch with friends - great food, delicious meals.
Really nice atmosphere and lighting, was a nice spot for a first date with somebody that is Vegan.
Nice vegan and vegetarian choices, we had the steak and the roasted chicken, both very good. Our friends had the vegetarian bowls and enjoyed them. Good drinks, good service too!
Wonderful selection. Great pace of service. Delicious food. Beautiful atmosphere. Love this place
This is a lovely neighborhood restaurant. It’s always quite busy, but the noise level is not loud enough to be distracting. The food was delicious, and the service was good. My only complaint was that the restaurant seemed understaffed. Although the servers do a good job, there were times when I needed something or had a question and no one was readily available.
Food & service was awesome!
Lovely place great food. Went fir breakfast. Would absolutely go back.
Great service and food. Killer music
Great for brunch!
Amazing food and finally a Restaurant Week menu that was all GF. The vegetarian dishes were especially awesome, but mussels were also wonderful. Great atmosphere, unpretentious staff, good drinks, and easy access to public transit. We will be back!
Good date night spot with nice ambiance. Went here for Restaurant Week and the food was ok. Entrees were over loaded with salt or sauce. Salad and desserts were solid. Staff was friendly, but oddly pretentious being they were all dressed very casually and work in Cap Hill.
What an amazing find! It was our first time there. There are many options for everyone - whether you eat meat or are vegan, gluten free, etc. there are delicious options for all. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great food, great service, we are excited to go back!
The service was amazing! Julian took really good care of us, he’s a gem. Every dish was delicious and we really enjoyed our time.
We did restaurant week and it was very busy.. Our only complaint was that the food was super salty this time, we were there on October 9th and that was not the case. We love the vegetables usually. My husband ordered a martini and it came very dirty, which he did not order and sent it back, took forever to get the correct one. We will go back. I think it was just unusually busy.
Dinner was great, dessert was sub-par
The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The food was excellent. This is a great neighborhood restaurant.
We went late at night on a Monday, when it is pretty quiet, so it was not as noisy as during standard hours. Some of the offerings are very tasty - like the roasted corn appetizer - but others are pretty variable like the chicken and the excessively salty and bland vegetable bowl. The server was somewhat inattentive - he removed used sharing plates but failed to bring new ones back, so we ended up using saucers as sharing plates. Overall, this is still an okay place to go for a late night dinner, and they have some interesting things on the menu, but they could do better.
I love the menu, had Brunch and it was delicious, a lot of food which was like 3 meals to me. The bathroom needs to be much brighter but other than that I love the place.
Outstanding like always! Love trying new dishes I haven’t had before because they never disappoint
Awesome place for a date or small parties. Service wasn't super fast but we were not in a hurry. Food and drinks were great, especially loved the veggies (side/starters)
Great cozy place to meet with our daughter and hear of her next adventure. The food was great, and ambiance perfect. My only criticism is the music was a bit loud for the room. Otherwise this restaurant is a wonderful choice! Thank you!
This place has gone from a neighborhood standby that’s reliable to food that is somewhat inedible with a boring menu that almost never rotates with the exception of the daily special. I’ve been coming here for several years and the food used to be great. The hamburger and French fries were my go-to, as the fries reminded me of Dick’s fries but more refined. When I ordered a steak with fries as the replacement for potatoes, the fries came scattered over my cooked vegetables making them soggy, and the fries were different; they looked like the kind you buy frozen from the grocery... Needless to say, my food wasn’t good. Meanwhile, they’ve enlisted a band to “liven things up.” I think they should instead focus on back-of-house and get their food in order; not front of house entertainment.
I love Tallulahs! The ambience, food, and staff are consistently welcoming and on point! One of our favorite little spots in Seattle!
Really good food. I quite enjoyed my roasted chicken, but charred corn was probably one of the best ever served to me. Pity I could not try any of the desserts, cause I was very full. That speaks to the generosity of the portions. Also my daughter is a vegan and it was just lovely that there were so many options for her.
We had a delicious dinner of pork and beet salad that we shared. It was delicious!! we will be back.
Excellent and delicious vegetable dishes. Everyone loved their dinners, steak and salmon. Good salads. We were very happy!
The food is great but the service is terrible. They build 20% into your bill so the wait staff really phones it in.
Great as always! Crab Benedict was indulgent and delicious!
Service is consistently poor. Always waiting on a server/waiter. Food is good, but prices don't match the quality. Good place for a drink and appetizers at best.
Excellent food, every time. Never disappoints, was fantastic.
The veggies are always a treat! Sometimes we only end up getting the vegetable dishes and are so full/satisfied we don’t even get a main dish. So good and the staff has always been kind and helpful.
The hostess was quite rude and stated she wouldn’t be able to seat us because we didn’t have a reservation and they were booked till after 2 pm... disappointed we headed back to our parking space. Only to go on open table and be able to make a reservation for 1215.
We enjoyed our dining experience. We ordered a main dish thinking it was going to be a warm dish, but it was cold. The restaurant let us order another dish instead. Good food, good ambiance, and great customer service!
Something has changed at Tallulah's. I used to go there all of the time but I'm done. The prices are much higher and the portions are much smaller. $23 for an eggs Benedict! We ordered a cinnamon roll for $7. What came out were two little rolls the size of the Pillsbury rolls you make at home. Service was okay but used to be super friendly. Also, the restaurant isn't nearly as busy as it used to be so I'm thinking others feel the way I feel. A once great place that has gone downhill. Bummer.
Fantastic food, great service and beautiful location. We will certainly be back!
Tallulah's is a great place for breakfast, happy hour, or family dinner.
I frequent Tallulah’s at least once a month, as of late the service and food has gone down hill! This last visit, I ordered the fish special, Halibut with banana and avocado purée. While others ordered chicken and pork. The service was extremely slow. I couldn’t understand why it took so long to get fries and break out with our deviled eggs. Once the food arrived the fish was bland (salt wouldn’t help) and the purée only tasted of banana. Doesn’t a Halibut banana split sound good? Yeah, me either! The ticket was way over salted and under cooked. Although, not pink, it was very watery and chewy. I expressed by concern about the fish to my waiter as to why the fish was not eaten and much of the garnishing were still on the plate. The waiter did not give a single
care about my dissatisfaction with a $32 plate I did not eat. There was no mention of attempting to make it right with another dish. This was a very dissatisfying $150 meal.
I am sad to sad, but after the recent visits, especially the last one, I will no longer be visiting Tallulah’s. I refuse to had bad service AND a bad meal. I will sacrifice has service for a great meal, but not both!
Got there pretty early for Sunday Brunch. Not too crowded- but I had a reservation and could see as time went by it would get busier.
Nice atmosphere that was slightly upscale but comfortable. Food was good and a pitcher of mimosas was a great accompaniment :)
