   Great experience at Talia. Our server was very attentive and helpful, food came out hot, fresh and flavorful. The restaurant was attractive and not too loud, and the temperature was comfortable. There is even a parking garage directly across the street. Would definitely recommend and I will go again.

   Talia Cucina Pittsburgh is an excellent restaurant with exceptionally talented and innovative chefs. Thank you Chef Mikah (I apologize if I misspelled.) His Duck entree was outstanding. The Servers are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. This is a restaurant with eclectic and delicious menu selections. A beautiful and interesting space with a friendly and fun vibe. Thank you, Melissa, for always taking care of us and all your guests. We come in happy and leave even happier. Thank you.

   Overall enjoyed experience. Drinks, apps, and dinner were excellent. If back in Pittsburgh, I will be coming back. Gnocchi and tagliatelle were amazing.

   Talia Cucina showed promise, but failed to deliver. Our server was pleasant and very kind, but not on the ball - appetizers came before our drinks and he forgot coffee that we had ordered at the end of the evening. Also asked another server about an ingredient - she didn't know, which was fine - but said she would find out and never did. The food was uneven with the rotisserie chicken was the best. Other items were soaked with red sauce, but not really attentive to ingredients.

   We had a really lovely meal at Talia with wonderful service. All of their pastas can be made with gf pasta which was delicious. They also have a gf pizza crust that they can use as bread with any of the dips and spreads they typically offer with focaccia- we had some with cauliflower dip and it was really tasty with an impressive texture. We both had house made Italian sodas to drink as well which were really well balanced and not too sweet. I wish the gf options were marked on the menu- that’s probably my only complaint. I had made this reservation bc I’d heard about the accommodation of gluten allergies, and sitting down to a menu with no indication of that causes a temporary panic as you wonder “did I hear wrong? Am I going to have to order a plate of lettuce?” Ultimately we were very pleased. Our server was really friendly and the pasta serving size was pretty huge (and made excellent leftovers.)

   I ordered the Veal and Peppers and it was the best plate I ever had here. Everything was great from the service to the food to the drinks. Great to go before a hockey game or anytime else for that matter.

    Another great experience! Decided to sit at the bar for dinner before the Pens game. Brandon was so friendly and helpful with wine and food recommendations! I was so excited to get a 2015 Barbaresco Riserva by the glass! Had the calamari to start which was amazing and the veal was so incredibly tender with just the right amount of spice from the peppers - highly recommend! Can’t wait for another dinner at Talia!
